He shrugged. "I guess I have....but....." He started walking, "As for being perceptive, you really shouldn't have eaten Yuffie's cooking when you first healed me." He looked back smirking. "Let's me know you're someone I already know." He kept walking, and called out behind him. "Now lets find a room so you can heal me and then let me take a damn nap"

She followed him to a room. "Who is Yuffie? Another person of importance?"

He looked at her and smiled. "Yuffie is like an older sister to me, one that always burns food, and when you breathed on me, her cooking was on your breath." He sat down on the bed. "So, you can pretend not to know who I'm talking about, just know I'll figure out who you are sooner or later."

He looked at her. "Why not? And, " He gestured to his right arm and chest. "Also the back........" he shrugged. "Wise or not, I want to know, and when I want something, I go to the ends of the world to get it."

"It's not wise because you're already a high point of interest for the Heartless due to your keyblade," she said while placing one hand on his chest and the other on his right arm. Her hands began glowing green and she turned her head away from him. "If they found out you also know me, my true identity that is, they would never stop pursuing you until they've gotten what they wanted, then they'll kill you." She took of her hand that was on his arm and put it on his back, it still glowing throughout the process.

He nodded. "So....they'll kill me more than they want to now?" He smirked. "Look, I'm used to things wanting me dead. And how would they know that I know your true identity?" He looked at her, smiling. "It would be so easy to just tug that hood down........"

"They have many ways of finding things out," she said putting her hands down and turning her head back. "And there are things worse than death. We would both be put through everyone of them, you'll just be the one whose torture would be ended afterwards."

He looked at her, and reached out, placing a hand on her shoulder. "So, bad things happen. I'm used to that." He pulled her towards him. "You want to keep yourself hidden from me, that's bothersome, but I'll live" He wrapped both arms around her. "Just don't leave me....that's....." He closed his eyes as his words sounded choked. "That's the one thing I can't deal with."

A just stayed frozen there, for a long time, doing nothing while his arms were wrapped around her. Finally, slowly, she started lifting her arms and did the same. "I'll always be with you," she whispered. "Even if you can't see me, I'll be there, making sure you're safe."

He didn't do anything for a moment, finally whispering back, "Thank you." He opened his eyes, and smiled at her, a past pain easily seen within those red eyes. Pain nobody ever saw since the day Leon and Yuffie found him, lying in that cave, crying as he held a picture to his chest. "Thank you" he repeated.

A was quiet for a moment. "You're welcome," she whispered softly, tenderly. She stared at him for awhile and then stood up and said, "You should get some sleep."

He nodded and laid back. "Yeah. I know, I've been dying for a nap since I woke up." He smirked. "That makes me sound a lot lazier than I am." He put both hands behind his head as he closed his eyes. "Just let me know where I should pick you up when I've found the other keyblade wielder."
