Violet napped in the shadow of a large rock, not too far from the tiger. However, she was unaware of its presence.

Mit climbed over a rock, his feet making no noise from force of habit, his familiar Ambersky following him. "Well Sky, you got us stranded out here, now what?"
"It is not my tasssk to choosssse what we endeavor in, Mit." Ambersky hissed, loosing his typically clean accent, "You are the one with the Magic... Why do you not transsssport us to the nexssst ccccity?"

The 700 pound tiger looked down at a small creature that was sleeping in the shade of a rock. He wondered what such a girl would be doing here alone.

Violet's arm and wings twitched as she appeared to be dreaming. She was still oblivious to everything around her.

The tiger wondered now if she should wake her up. He knew what the reaction would be. He risked it anyway and reached his huge paw over, tapping her gently on her shoulder to try and awaken her.

Violet moaned and buried her face into the crook of her elbow. "Five more minutes," she grumbled.

Five more minutes until what? The tiger continued prodding her with his paw, moving in front of her sleeping form now.

Mit grinned at the horse sized Gryphon, "Just 'cause I've got magic don't mean crap. What about your animal instincts?"
"I am a familiar, and a proud Gryphon, not an animal!" The creature said raising his head proudly and puffing out his chest. "What do you expect me to do next? Ask a wild animal for directions?"
"Hey, That's a good Idea?!" Mit laughed.
"I will kill you..." Ambersky hissed.

Violet groaned and slowly lifted her head. She opened her eyes and came face to face with a large tiger. Her eyes widened from the surprise. "Hi," she said, her entire body tense now.

The tiger went tense too. He was expecting her to scream at any moment. He lowered his paw and looked at her with intelligent silver eyes and his wings folded back neatly.

Violet was about to reach out to the animal's to try and coax it away, like she could do with all animals, but something about his eyes stopped her. "Can you speak?" she asked it.

The tiger instinctively shook his head. He doesn't speak to strangers. It usually scares them more than his appearance.

When the tiger shuffled away, Violet slowly sat up. "I'm not going to hurt you," she said, putting her hands up. "As long as you don't try to hurt me."
