listen check at a +4 gives me 20.

Korgath, you need to make a spot check
Spoon, you hear a door, the door is infront of you to the right, shut just as you make it into the ally.

Mishra continues walking along the street when she notices the Half-Orc she had seen earlier running off down an alley way. Her curiosity is piqued so she decides to follow after him in a calm manner su she ends up at a booth opposite the entry to the alley and looks down the alley to see if she can see what is occouring.
((Spot check, for two rounds as per usual, And Listen Check for two as well, if the first succedes just go with it.))
Spot:

Korgath, you see that Spoon ran down the alley.
Spoon, as you open the door, an oroma of alchahal reaches your noice, you just walked into the back of a local tarven. You are noticed by the people standing at this door and you are imedatly grabbed by them and they ask you what you are doing coming into this part of the tavren.
Mishra, you see that the half orc has made it to the ally, and then you see a door just shut. You hear the person that just went in get yelled at.
(Jez, please edit your posts and put what your bonus is, and how much over all you got on the save, do exactly like Mishra Nitilka is doing, by the way thanks Mishra. You are doing a great job!)

i'm gonna bluff check...
i wanna say i'm a police officer and im following up a lead, which led me to suspicious activity. and i came in the back door because i felt i should be inconspicuous...
my bluff check is at plus 3 (i once had a sorceror with plus 15 bluff at first level...)
edit: which gives me 12 (o woe is me)

Spoon, The people give you a funny look. They can see that you are sweeting, and they know that police don't chace after people... they do. When you tell them this they get mad at you, make a reflex save, then roll int.

Mishra continues into the alley after the Half-Orc, moving slowly and doing her best not to appear as a threat. She is about twenty feet behind him when she coughs, and speaks out, "excuse me Sir, but what are you doing in the middle of this alley?" She kept watching him, realizing quickly that is was a very stupid question to ask.
((Performing a Diplomacy Check to ascertain exactly how convincing of a reason I can come up with.))
3 + 2 = 5 ((well my diplomacy sucks balls for this comment, and thus all she can do is ask a blatant question.))

Mishra sees his hand begin to move towards his sword, and ties to think quickly, "I was trying to ascertain more information about my general surroundings as I am seeking to gain compnions for the sake of coming to free this town from any beings that may be troubling it with manners of theft, magic or otherwise." She smiled softly hoping that hewr conversation was convincing enough, and that he was not overly effected by her overly feline appearance as to not be able to hear that she meant him no harm.
((Diplomacy check again to see what I can come up with in the way of a decent atatement.))
19 + 2 = 21 ((I think that creates for a pretty successful diplomacy))

Korgath gave her a confused look. "Whu...? He grunted. The only words he really understood were "free" "town" "beings" "theft" and "magic". He moved his hand away from his sword and said "You wanna steal free magic beans from the town?" He asked her, scratching his head.
