To be honest, no, not entirely. I'm feeling like they are shoving a lot of characters that may have some popularity now but not the some iconicness of who is getting cut. Jill over Chris no question, not that he isn't iconic for the series, but Jill is the perosn you think of when you think RE, which brings me to Wesker, don't get me wrong, love villians and he is a great antagonist, I just feel like they are over saturating some franchises while ignoring some others with the limited number of characters, but if they had to pick a second for RE, would want him. Nathan Spencer, meh, he could be a great character, I just would rather have one of the incumbents come back, like Captain Commando, Jin, Hayato, or Strider. Trish, no, Dante, I'm fine with, but would prefer an incumbante. On Marvel's side, no to X-23, Deadpool, and Super Skrull. Deadpool, He could be fun, but only if it is done right, the other two just don't like the choices. Super Skrull is a generic name for almost all Skrull super soldiers, and he doesn't have that real independent personality, I would have loved the Thing, they could have had the other FF be back up for him like Captain Commando has from the Commandos. And X-23...not a fan of her, would have any of Wolverines old foes in it, but they have killed most of them off for some dumbass reason, like Saber Tooth and Omega Red, even cut off Silver Samurai's hand.
But there are some ups, Arthur and Thor so deserve it, being back up before, Viewtiful Joe is awesome, and he's easy to put in from Tatsunoko vs Capcom. Ameratsu seems like she could be cool, though still would rather defer to someone that was already in it. Modok was a surprise, liked it, he's fought everybody but never been that popular as a villian. Dormamu, like him but would have rather had Shuma Gorath or Blackheart than him because their vetren status, but he is in the same vein at least. Also aprove of all the returning characters, though I'm hoping to see Zangief return for obvious reasons.

That pissed me off that they were DLC, but glad to see they were available. Would Rather had Trish and X-23 as DLC. Though I doubt people would be racing to buy it. I really wish Capcom would bring back older characters, it could be a way to revive some series, imagine a new Strider, Captain Commando or Power Stone, a Star Gladiator and Cyberbots reboot. Hell, new Rival Schools and Darkstalkers.

I know he said it and it'd be ******** awesome. Fighters are becoming popular again, Capcom needs to go back and reclaim it's past and show who the c**k of the walk is. You notice only two of the series I named were not fighters, there is a reason. Always sad Jon never made it into the crossovers.
