Ice Dragon soon gracefully landed a few feet away from the Chimp. She kept her large ice wings out, just in case she needed to make a quick escape. Just because it was a monkey, didn't mean she was letting her guard down...or the child yet. "Can I help you?" she asked.
All rosie could do was stare at the chimp.

Bobo had had to deal with this initial awkwardness so many times now that he knew the best way to deal with it was to simply say what you have to say. "Hello, I'm Detective Chimp. I just got here, and I was wondering a few things... What happened here, how long ago did it happen, and where the Hell is Superman?" The Man of Tomorrow STILL hadn't shown up in the City of Tomorrow, and this was VERY disturbing, indeed.

"Honestly, I have no idea. I'm a bit of a new arrival as well. I don't even know where I am, let alone who this Superman is you're asking about." she replied. "There was a bizzare lightning storm earlier, and some of the officials (I assume) had a good number of people in bunkers for safety. I went around the corner to pick up this little girl, huge gust of wind, and the next thing I knew there was a bottomless pit where the bunkers used to be." she said.

Ice Dragon was quiet a moment, then nodded at him. "I'm really not sure what happened. One hurricane sized gust of wind, and when I got back, everything was gone. I'm not sure what your natural disasters are like here, but it certainly wasn't normal." she replied.

His face frozen in its look of sheer horror, his head turned to face the crater. "No... Not normal at all..." He walked to the crater, his face still frozen. "This is a mass grave..." After a moment, he began digging. "SOMEONE had to survive!" he said, his tone sounding like he was trying to convince himself of this. And he was.

Ice turned and watched Chimp dig through the rubble. Great, now what. There was nothing she could do. Unless it was a super or something, no one she knew could survive being burried like that. She hated feeling helpless, and she hated this situation more.

Bobo turned around to face the pair. "HELP ME! PLEASE!" He was getting frantic, and after another moment, he gave up, tears coming to his eyes. "No..." He wished the magic water had given him powers along with his intelligence, something that could've helped.

Ice took a small look over at Rosie, then back down at Chimp. There really wasn't anything she could do. "I'm...I'm sorry." she said quietly. She could use her whip to try and move stuff. Heck, she could go dragon and move the rubble. But...there was still very little chance that anyone survived that. And she'd risk hurting someone anyway.
Her attention soon shot towards the woman who suddenly appeared in front of Chimp.

"What am I yelling about?!" D.C. said frantically, hardly noticing that it was Supergirl, "Do you see this crater? Nine-tenths of this city's population is buried under it! THAT'S WHAT I'M YELLING ABOUT!"

She blinked. "But... They're fine!" she replied blankly. "The structure underneath is reinforced. Actually really well built." She paused again. "From what I can hear, they're all scared, but they shelter is still completely intact. I just need to make an exit, so do me a favor," she concluded dryly, "And stop screaming. Kay?" With that, she started revolving at super speed, and quickly disappeared down into the ground.

Chaos moved across the buildings of this new city. He hadn't senced his old Blood around the museum, so he thought it would be better to try and find the girl in newer places.
Unknown to Chaos, reaper tagged along a block or two behind. He didn't want to be notice, but he didn't want to lose the boy either. He was going to be the test subject after all. City seemed familiar...oh, yes. How could he forget that this was the girl's home. She should surely be close by here.

Down below, distant, clad cries of 'Supergirl!' and 'We're saved!' could be made out. The next moment, she started carrying people out. Because of her new super speed, 90 percent of the population was the work of about a minute.
