Gill laughed at how unsteady Quin looked on his horse. He was following behind teh group at a quick trot, but he didn't want to over exert his animal when they had just started out.

"It's ok. I don't mind to wait. I'm just worried is all." Kiana stole a glance back at Enzeru, wishing that there was something she could do to help her. "I don't want her to feel alone all the time, as if she's got no one to turn to. It hurts me to see her like this."

*I click my tongue twice to slow Bull to a trot and guide him around the back of the head group. I quicken his pace to a gallop again to ride along side Quin.* 'And the old boy's durable too.' "So what brings you into our midst?"

As our heros leave the cold death and confusion. The forces of their destiny becomes more clouded. The path is hidden behind thing that are hidden from them by the old dragoon. Darek finds that he must bring forth some of these secrets. What has he kept from them and how will he expose what he knows and just how much dose he know.
The cold of the night makes its way over the group. Darek surveys the land and sees a small rock formation. "We can set up over there." Darek said in a cold tone. He dismounted his horse and began to gather wood for a fire. He looked out in the distance and sighed.

There was a soft thud as Enzeru slid off her horse. Seeing that Derek had started gathering fire wood, she took the opertunity of him being by himself to speak to him without the others being too close. She walked over to where he was, picking up some twigs that would be good for kinddling and a few small logs for the fire so that it seemed like she was only trying to help. She took a deep breath and held it in for a second, going over the situation one last time in her mind. What she had to tell him wasn't going to be easy for her, she knew that, but she knew it would also be hard on the others. "Derek, there's something I need to tell you." She kept her voice even and emotionless. "Back at the village I overheard two of the attacers saying something.....something that doesn't make our current situation any better. I'm afraid that me being with you guys isn't safe and that I'm only putting you guys in more danger than they need to be in."

*Before Quin could answer me and as we arrived at Darek's stopping point Bull reared up and whined in distress.* "Woah bi guy!" *I try stoking his mane and whispering in his ears to calm him. He takes a few steps back from the designated camp and stop firmly. I take the opportunity to slowly lower myself off the saddle and try to coax him into camp. He seems irritable and highly uncomfortable but eventually he steps into the general area and sits with no more intentions of moving.* "Bull doesn't like it here. Weird."

"That's probably because it's rocky around this area and he's used to grassy fields. That and he can sense the dangers of the mountain." Kiana was beind Korrin, still mounted on Ginger. She had a fake smile on her face, not wanting to make people worry too much. She lowered herself off Ginger and led her to one of the semi grassy areas near the tree line. As she came back, she was motioning for Korrin to sit down. She hadn't forgotten that his wounds needed to be seen to still and the sooner she started on them, the longer the meds would have to take effect.

*I part myself from Bull and sit as instructed.* "Work your magic, Doc. The sooner these things get better the sooner I can ride a horse and not sound and feel like an old man with leg and back pains!"

((Gee! How did I miss you post Korn? For a few days while I was at it too. I'm sorry about that. redface ))
Quin didn't get a chance to respond to Korrin, as he promptly fell off his horse landing on his feet once he was told they where at camp. "My legs feel like rubber." He was walking with the bow legged fashion of one new to a horse, the insides of his thighs and knees aching from the saddle. He had no idea what to do with the horse, so he just grabbed the reins and held on so the horse wouldn't wander off on his own.

Sitting next to Korrin, Kiana emptied the contents of her bag onto the ground beside her. There where bottles of many different sizes with what seemed like dozens of different healing items in them. Thankfully, she didn't have to worry about the first step seeing as none of his injueries were bleeding, which would save him fro the pain of the heat packed salve. She decided to take a different aproach this time. Instead of trying to use a fast paced healant, she went with one that worked slower, but showed better results. Picking up one of the many bottles, she unstoppered it, a bitter-sweet scent escaped from the mouth of the bottle. ""Once I put this one you're going to have to stay still for at least half an hour. After that you should be as good as new."

"Trust me it will. If I can completely fix an fresh arrow wound in ten minutes I'm sure I can fix these in thirty." She smiled a small real smile. She was glad that she was an expert at making things for healing purposes. It was proving to be quite useful.

Katara dismounted Jesi, and sighed, removing the bridal carefully, but not the saddle. She knotted the bridal with the saddle and loosened the saddle slightly, but not so much that it would fall off or ingure Jesi. As Jesi started to graze Katara sat down, and started clearing away grass, and other burnable things from a small area for the fire.

Gill slid off his horse and unpacked an apple from his bag. He tossed it into Toby's eager mouth and laughed as the horse chewed nosily, spraying Gill's face with the fruits juice.
