Shane smiled at Kay "I am interested, that would provide alot of reading material, as well as an enjoyable read" he said cheerfully, though he remained seated. Rick snored loudly in Hannah's lap, while she spoke with Pai about magic. Well, looks like we fit in quite nicely here Shane thought But what about Cid and Janet, wonder if they would.... he shrugged to himself and closed Saiya's book.

Kay stretched. "Well... Believe it or not. But I've got to fly." Kay laughed at the humans shocked expersions. "Not really... Well not entirely. More a kind of floating, gliding thing." Kay chuckled and shook his head as the humans continued to stare dumbfounded at him. He left them to figure things out as he headed down the steps and out onto the side walk only to run in to another one of the humans, Janet.

((That would be both Janet and Cid, they are together most of the time ^^))
Cid and Janet looked at Kay in shock, it wasn't everyday they met a musician on the street. Janet smiled when she'd recovered "Hey, I know you! You're that vampire guy we met after the concert earlier!" she said. Cid smiled as he remembered, though he watched the vampire warily, one arm around Janet's waist.
"Great show, didn't get to say much about it afterward" he said "Rick needed to get home and take his meds" he joked, earning him a punch in the arm from Janet. He gave her a sly look and laughed a little.
Shane and Hannah looked across the room at each other "Well, that was odd..." Shane said, smiling as he settled back into the chair more comfortably. Hannah shook her head and sighed, starting to stroke Rick's hair.

Kay smiled. "Well appearently we live down the hall from you all... Well I do. The others just like to barge in and crash there alot." he chated, trying not to flash his fangs in the street light too much seeing as Cid was already on edge around him.

Cid and Janet smiled at each other "We don;t llive with those three" Cid said, chuckling heartily.
"We have our own place down the street, we just come and hang out with them sometimes" Janet added, smiling brightly.

Kay shrugged, "Well I have a werewolf, a goaty, a djinn, and 3 humans already bargining in whenever soooo... Feel free to stop by anytime. I usually forget to close the door." Kai cocked his head, thinking. "I don't know if either is into that kind of stuff, but I have collected quite a bit of stuff throughout the ages if you'd like to study them." he offered, trying not to be rude and just leave.

Cid looked less than thrilled about being invited to a vampire's home, but Janet seemed thrilled at thr prospect "Wow, really?" she asked in slight awe. Cid frowned, but didn't say anything. He shrugged and thought about what might be found in Kay's collection.
He looked at Kay, a question popping into his head "Hey, Kay right? Well, When is the next concert going to be?" he asked curiously.

"Yes, really." Kay replied, smiling and accidently letting the lamplight hit his fangs. "Actually we have a practice tomorrow and then a gig the night after. With recordings all day tomorrow after pratice if you guys want to stop in." Kay answered. Seeing the slightly confused looks on their faces a this comment, Kay smiled. "Sorry, I forgot you guys haven't seen the apartment yet... The practice room and recording studio are in their."

Janet smiled and squeled a little, Cid shook his head and chuckled "Yeah, definitely, wouldn't want to miss you guys playing for fun!" he said happily.
"We're heading up to see Shane, Rick and Hannah if you want to come, they live in one of the upper apartments" Janet said, a cheery demenor about her.

"Actually they're in my apartment at the moment." Kay said waving back toward the apartment building. "It the one right down the hall from theirs." he said smiling, "Feel free to explore it you want. I don't have a bedroom or anything to worry about stumbling onto... Don't really need it."

CId and Janet looked at him in disbelif "You live down the hall?" Janet asked, a slight giggle following.
"Vampire from Apartment 217...." Cid said, smiling cheerily "I think we'll stop by" he added, chuckling at a thought he had.

"Feel free... I'm not much one for locks. And I'm always up." Kay added with a shrug. "Besides... I think I'm going to need help in getting Rick to go back home." he joked smiling, not noticing that the streetlights winked off of his fangs.

"Well? What are we standing here for?" Janet asked with a smile "It's not everyday we get to see what a vampire's home looks like" she giggled.
"Always interested when it comes to something odd" Cid said in much the same tone, relaxing a bit. He didn't really see Kay as he had before.

Kay smiled at their enthusiams. "Go ahead and head up... I have to make a call before going back into that mad house." he joked. Kay waited until Cid and Janet had gone back inside before walking down the street, nashing his teeth. He'd forgotten it was that time again... The one time every ten years or so when he couldn't control his urges to take a human's life any longer. Kay pratically flew out of the city limits and deep into the surrounding wilderness, holding his breath the entire way. He hated that he was so weak... He hated that he was unable to defeat this. Kay slammed his fist into the trunk of an oak, the tree cracked in half with a loud snap. God he hoped no campers were in the area tonight! He didn't know if he'd be able to keep control if one approached him now...

Saiya shifted on the floor at Shane's feet, unconsciously shifting back to her human form in her sleep, but didn't wake.
