Well he is technically allowed one hour of gunplay or 2 hours of chainsaw play everyday with the neighborhood kids.... but right now he's grounded for not completing his ritual like they told him too. I'll be sure to put those holy candles around his door frame incase he tries to sneak out or something wink

Ello, I happened to find this guild by accident and decided to join in. I'm Onyx2047 aka Oni.
I am also a HUGE silent hill fan. I still have my portable psone and the original silent hill game along with the strategy guide. I have the SH collection with 2 and 3 on it for the ps3. Sadly I do not have 'The room' and 'home coming' but I have most definitely played them! I do have shattered memories for the wii and downpour for the ps3. So, I almost have them all. I do believe I also have the silent hill 2 strategy guide packed away. I would love to get my hands on some figures.
The first time I ever played silent hill I have to say I never hit that pause button so many times! That game (to me) revolutionized the way a scary game ought to be. heart X inf for silent hill!

Welcome friend! I compare your stumbling upon our guild very similar to the characters in Silent Hill who have entered Silent Hill by accident or against their will... such as Murphy from downpour! At any rate, I hope you will enjoy the many conversations we hold here, and I can't wait to read what you have to say on the forums! I can completely understand when you mention hitting the pause button a lot. Silent Hill 4, being the first I ever played, was like that for me... and no matter how used to it I get with each individual game, each new entry I play is like hitting a reset button. Like, it was near impossible for SH4 to scare me anymore after a while, and then I got SH2 for Christmas and had a heart attack every five minutes wink

Thanks! Great way of looking at it lol. I made a post in the cosplay section as well as made a new thread for real life silent hill pictures. That's the beauty of those games. Always a new perspective on true horror. The inspiration for my writing. I still get pleasantly scared playing them lol. Wouldn't have it any other way.

You know, rather than think horror is whatever movies want me to believe, it's more the other way around. I am calling the shots of what horror REALLY is.

Agreed. You know, when it translates to gaia it makes me want to Rp. However, to find an Rp that's active and well written is next to impossible. I should make an rp here in the guild lol. Can't say for sure it would even take off but...ya never know right?

Haha well you are certainly in luck biggrin We have some very avid Roleplayers within our community here 3nodding *myself included* And multiple members have tossed the idea my way that they want to start an RP. So by all means, if you have an idea or wish to start one jump right in! wink Not to mention, I broadcast all new Roleplays in guild announcements to all members, so you can rest assured that the 600+ members of the guild will know there are new RP's starting.

Anytime, I've been eager to get a new RP going here in the guild for a while! I was kinda hoping the release of Downpour would have inspired some new stories, but as I said, there are new ideas churning now so I can't wait!

Hi, I'm xxpants_ninjaxx.... I own the place.
After a very lengthy Hiatus ( personal struggles, familial and financial troubles, etc) I have FINALLY figured s**t out and returned to Gaia and to all you wonderful guildees biggrin
I have been a huge fan of Silent Hill ever since I first played the 3rd one what seems like forever ago. And then I met Henry, and i'm very glad to see he's kept the place alive when i couldn't biggrin THANKS HENRY!!!!!!
