Serenity and Skye had worked together to get the rest of their siblings (and their niece, who didn't quite understand why she couldn't be with her father at the moment) sitting quietly in the throne room while they waited for the proceedings to commence. As far as they had been told, things were going to start soon ...

The time was quickly approachingn when the ceremony was to begin, and Atalya and Reave sr. were making their way to the people they needed to summon. Reave of course was heading towards the room where Lore was preparing - and Atalya, to where Elnara was. Celebor was with her, and they would go together, the three of them, to the throne room.
Reave knocked on Lore's door when he arrived, then stepped in and smiled.
"Ready?" he asked Lore softly, his eyes sparkling. His English had greatly improved since the first time the two of them had met, and now he was nearly as fluent as his wife, and had only a slight accent.

"As ready as I'll ever be," Lore admitted.
He found it hard to believe that the person in the mirror was him, that after all these decades alone he was going to get married. That he had found the family he wanted after all these years... that...
And to think it started with a chance meeting.
"You'll do fine," Tristan told him as she began to usher Rune out so they could get to their seats, "And behave Yuki."
Like she really needed to tell him that.

"Everything is set," Helen smiled straighting his jabot for a moment before exiting the room.
With that he left, to get his own seat hopefully beside his sister Mia, whom he understood better than most. After all they were two of a kind.

The king chuckled softly, then smiled at Lore and Yuki. He was of the same opinion of Tristan - things would be fine.
"We'll just give them a few minutes to sit with the others," he said softly, "and then we can head down."

Lore nodded at this, "Alright then."
He hoped he could remember what he was supposed to say, actually he just hoped he would make it through. The happiness day of his life was also the most nervous day of his life.
"Relax," Yuki chuckled, "I mean, compared to all the lectures, adventures and stuff you've had. This will be easy." "I'll remember to tell you the same when you finally marry," Lore murmured back.

After a few minutes had elapsed, the king smiled at Lore and Yuki.
"Come," he said softly, "let us go. They will be expecting us now."
And he opened the door and stepped out of Lore's room, waiting for the groom and his best man to come and join him.

Taking a deep breath, Lore followed. It was a strange feeling of knowing exactly of what to expect (since they had gone through this many times), but at the same time not knowing what to expect at all (since he had never been married before of course).
It was an interesting exprenice.
Yuki followed Lore, feeling quite at ease, but he wasn't the one who was going to get married.

When they reached the door of the throne room, Serenity was waiting for them just outside. She of course was also dressed up, for the second time in her life, but it was the bright smile on her fact that truly lit up her features and made her look young again.
She looked as though she wanted to say something to Lore, but she was simply smiling too hard to say anything at all. Tears of joy could be seen in her eyes as she held one arm up for Lore to take it so that he could lead her out and take her to her seat near the front, with Beren.
The king smiled warmly at Lore.
"And now it begins," he said softly as the music within the throne room changed slightly, a flute adding to the music of the harps.

Lore took Serenity's arm nervously, his eyes glancing at the doors. As if he could see right through them, which he couldn't but still, that's what it seemed like.
"Yes..." he murmured softly.
It was happening, was it a dream? It couldn't be of course, but somehow it was surreal.

Serenity laughed softly and patted Lore's arm reassuringly. "Come now, it's not as bad as you're making it seem. Am I going to have to lead you out there?"
She was teasing him, but she couldn't help it. It was just the mood ... the joy ...

Lore chuckled a bit, the tension lifting to a more breathable level. It wasn't going to be bad, he just couldn't help it, but what she said made him smile a great deal.
"I'm sure I can make it," his eyes twinkled as he looked forward again.
Yes, everything will be just fine.

Well, it didn't seem as though Lore was going to be the one to start them going, so Serenity took a step forward, tugging on his arm so that he would come. All he had to do right now was walk her up the aisle to where Beren was sitting, kiss her cheek, and go back out, but it seemed as though the poor librarian was nothing more than a bundle of nerves.
She smiled warmly at him as they approached the door. He was going to be fine ... if only he would just believe it.

Right walking, he almost forgot about that and could almost since Yuki grinning behind him, even though he didn't look over his shoulder. It was just that tingling feeling he got when his assistant (mainly Yuki) did anything. Lore walked along side of Serenity, all the while thinking that giving a lecture was easier than this.
Odd thought.
He escorted her up to the aisle where his soon to be father in law sat, a peak on the cheek. (A part of him couldn't help but wonder where certain wedding traditions come from, he had never been interested in the topic before). With that part done, escort and kiss done he took his place.
Yuki who took his place was tempted to say that wasn't so bad now was it? But he knew if he said anything Tristan would whack him hard.

Only a few short seconds had gone by when the next set of people entered the procession: the King and Queen, arms linked, moved down the aisle, their eyes straight ahead. Reave of course had no real part in the ceremony, except to escort his wife in; but Atalya would be leading the entire thing.
They reached the two thrones and turned to face everyone, each of them standing in front of their proper throne, just as the song came to an end. There was a pause in the music - a brief one only - and then the musicians began a new song ... and Atalya raised her arms slightly, motioning for everyone present to rise.
