Min wrapped her arms around the tortued demon. She rocked him back and forth, not really sure of what to do.

Teth was led down a corridor that was dimly lit. At the end was a large wooden door. The maid motoined for teth to go inside, and before he could opene the door she had quickly walked away. "Wait!" He called after her, but she was gone, he had no idea how to get back, so he turned and put his hand on the handle.

MIn hugged him even tighter, hoping that he would calm down. His screame were beging to scare her. She whispered into his ear, "I'm here Neol, I'm here, you can wake up now, it's just a dream, none of it is real."

He opened the door into a dimly lighted room. The shades were covered with dark red shades, that matched the color of the velvet wals. The rug was also a dark color. The room seemed unbeleivable quite, and as he walked to the large chari facing a desk, his footsteps didn't make a sound. Teth sat down and sank into the large chair. He looked with wide eyes at the person with a veil accros her face. "Hello" The soft voice said. "H-hello" Saying that word made teth feel like he was breaking a barrier, the sound seemed out of place and unusal in the quiet room.

min held the limp neol in her lap. "neol?" She aske dquietly, "neol?" She smiled, hopefully he was finnaly sleeping. She looked out at the sun, now rising in the distance.

"Welcome to my home." The soft voice continued. "We picked up up on the ground not to far from her. And you mentioned something about friends. We would be happy to help, but what can you give us in return."

((truth be told i have no idea where i'm going with this teth thingy.))

Min smiled with releif. "Neol! your awake. You wre having a terrible nightmare, are you allright now?" She asked, visably releived.

"Uh, um..." Theth stuttered, "Well i can work, so can my friends." The veild lady shook her head, "I'm afraid that wont work." She stated, sympathy in her voice, "I have more than enough servants." Teth scratched his head. "Oh!" he stated, a confident smiled played accross his lips, and he leaned foreward, and put his elbows on the nice wooden desk. "How about...."

Although Teth could not see it, Underneath her veil, the lady was smiling. "Hm..." She said, sounding as if Teths offer weren't very satisfactory, "If that's the best you can come up with, then ok." She couldn't keep all of the enthusiasm out of her voice. After many years of training to always sound as she wanted, she had slipped, and teth had noticed. "I'm glad you like the offer M'lady. Shall we?" He rais ed an eyebrow, and stood up. He offered her his elbow. She took it, and then let Teth lead her out of the room. "First, we get you into more suitable clothes. These travelers garbs, there quite revolting." Teth agreed.

"Neol! What in the world are you blabering about?"

Min raised an eyebrow, and straightened her back, trying to look tough. "And what makes you think you can hurt me?" She stated.

Teth was now in a suit (imagine old fashioned... like the dress clothes of pirates of the carribean.) The lady nocked on the door and he went to join her. The two decended the stairs and got in a couch. The gaurd from the other night, was positioned in the back. He was now, very very envious of this strange traveler.

"Hm.. Well a dream is a dream, and that is all. It's jsut a nightmare, it just something that your mind has conjured up. That is all. Your dream is just showing you your inner feer. There is nothing real in it at all." Min smiled and tilted her head to the side, "I was told that when you have a bad dream, flip it around, turn it inside out, make it something good. For instance, instead of killing me, protect me? Kay?"

Min smiled at Neol, her face happy that he was alright again. She put out her hand. "Do we have an agreement?"

The lady climbed into the carrage, With Teth behind her. The gaurd closed the door, and when it was closed, his happy mask for the lady fell. What was the half dead traveler man doing traveling with the lady? This went against everything he had worked for. How come this nobody got to go with her, when he, who had cared for the lady all his life, didn't. To the gaurd this was the largest injustice ever.
