Shaon selpt too, right next to Zy, not waking up or stirring the rest of the night.

Zy awoke to the sound of birds chirping. He felt something-or better yet someone on his chest. confusion and panic rushed to his face. Zy was too afraid to look down to see who it was, but he knew he needed to. Shock and surprise now covered his face as he saw Shaon’s face on his chest, and what was worst; his hand was over her check. What should I do? He thought. Zy slapped her on her check "Wake up!" He told her with force. "Get off of me!" Zy didn't move and was trying hard not to make his face red.

Shaon jumped a solid foot, boltign abck and tripping ove rherself, trying to get up. she was confused, trying to blink away her sleep. she fell on ehr side and cried out, her eyes wide. "What! what is it!?" she grimaced, holding her wounded side.

Zy thought it best not to talk about what happened. "You snore loud." He told her; not able to think about what else to say. "You okay?" He asked look at her wounded side.

"sorry..." she winced as he touched it. "and it's alright...jsut don;t touch it..." she begged. it hurt, worse than before.

Zy sighed as he noticed something."I swear you act like a kid sometimes. You got it infested." He said as he looked at her with eyes that said 'I warned you, didn't I?' "this isn't good." He said as he pressed on his eyes with his thumb and middle finger.

"i didn;t mean to!" she maoned, holding her head in one hand. she'd never gotten worse wounds infected. infection seemed over rated to her. somethign that happened but wasn;t dangerous.

Zy laughed, "you even sound like a kid. well, where's the nearest town? You need to see a doctor. " He said getting up and gathering his stuff. he paused and placed his hands on his chest, I can still feel her warmth. He thought.

"YOU ARE A HURT DOG!" He shouted at her. Not knowing what he was feeling make him madder then anything. He didn't mean to lash out at her, but the anger came so quickly to him. Zy acted like that once before; with Jasmine. "... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"

Shaon recoiled from him, eyes wide as she lay huddled on the groun, one arm frozen on her side and out in front of her but pulled back, like she was expecting to get hit. she just stared at him, not speaking.

Zy fell to his knees. "Why do I always do this?" He asked weakly. "Every one I ever cared about." His hand made a fist as it hit the ground. "You,... Jasmine,... My clan." Zy felt anger bubbling up again, but it was overcome by grief as he fell to the floor.

Zy froze in his position. Is she forgiving me? He thought. He got up and crawled to Shaon. "Do you forgive me?" He asked in astonishment; he was just a few inches from her.
