. o O ( Alright. Here is what I have to say:
To be the most fair I can be without taking either side, there was no CP subtracted from Shijiko when this match started, so in essence, there is no way to draw a conclusion that a bug clone was fighting Genkei this whole time other than Broken's word.
And since there is no official ruling, we do not know if bug clones are able to perform the jutsus that their masters can do, even though other clones have been seen to do so.
So I can see why his trapping Shijiko in the tomb would be legit as Shijiko being the real Shijiko and not a clone.
And if indeed Shijiko has made a clone and used that to fight while he hid, then there would of still had to been subtraction for chakra points because the entire area is water besides the starting platforms. And there is nothing around the pillars to stand on. )

The ANBU appeared as Genki was taken away after he had mysteriously fallen unconscious. "Winner, Shijiko!" The crowd roared.

Shukoshu then kissed his lover on the cheek. "I will be right back." He said before appearing on the small waiting platform. "I guess I get to fight the bird."

Shinku chuckles as he Runs past Shukosu . "Im not a bird." He does a flip and lands on the opposing platform. "Haha."

Shukoshu arched a brow. "Wings equal bird." He said flatly before yawning. So, we start?"
The ANBU raised a hand. "Begin." He vanished.

Shinku Jumps in to the air and his wings start to flap i focus my chakra and i fly through the air in circles smilign at Shukoshu. "Hehe try to hit what you cant reach." He pulls out hsi senbon and holds them in his hands. (CP: 160/170)

Shukoshu was not in the least bit entertained with his antics. He performed hand signs. "Yuukaipou: AmeKyuuten ." Seeming from his body, lightning shot into the air and thunder clouds appeared, beginning to rain down lightning. It was then it began to rain, but not water. Oil. Finally, fire seemed to shoot into the air, into the clouds, and igniting the clouds themselves which caused the oil to catch fire. The oil ran began to rain harder, causing liquid fire to rain down on Shinku.

Shinku does a back flip and starts to fly to the water. "Not over." Shinku wraps his wings around him self landing in the water wind starts to envelope his body. And protecting him from thee fishies.(cp when I get back)

The oily fire started to coat the water, making it look like a sea of flame. Shukoshu remained on the small starter platform, Shinku's having vanished when he left it. "Gian." From Shukoshu's body, lightning would shoot forth and enter the water. Since Shinku was immersed in the water, he would feel the shocking powers of electricity combined with water. If he were to open his wings to perform a fuuton technique, he would let his only defense from the creatures below down. "And just to make sure." He performed more hand signs. "Gehika Hibari." Wind would begin to swirl around the surface of the water, quickly forming into what looked like a small hurricane. Lightning would begin to swirl inside of it as well. The water would begin to be pulled into the cyclone as well, which Shinku would begin to notice pulling him up into it as well. This would also pull the oil and fire mixture into the cyclone as well, along with some of the creatures in the depths. All this would be combined with the lightning clouds above which would be emitting lightning blasts.
