Astamon parries the blow with his knife and fires a few rounds at Gin, the meramon and skull meramon charge in from all sides setting even more of the room ablaze.

Blurry images swam in front of Savannah as she dizzily watched the action. Astamon seemed to be loosing, that was good. Her thoughts were getting simpler and more abstract. I wonder how Salamon and Terriermon and Zassoumon are doing? she wondered, but made no move to get up. There's a bullet in my arm. Oh right, that. I remember... Is that pain? I don't like it. The same thing's on my head and back. I wonder who made up the names for those things? Hmm... I'm getting tired. Maybe I should fix that. Maybe I'll just sleep for a while... And then she was falling, falling to the ground.
Salamon cringed visibly as Astamon was hurt. She didn't have an appetite for blood. However, she added her part with a sledge dash to the Ultimate's wounded stomach. It wouldn't be until this fight was over that Salamon would notice her partner's unconscious body.
Terriermon sprung back from the tornado, having destroyed the rest of the stray bullets. Regarding the open opportunity, he sent Bunny Blasts into Astamon's stomach, creating a large hole along with the other attacks.

Dom kicked at Astamon and sliced his knife at his arm. Dom hoped that digimon had veins in the same place as humans. Dom couldn't use his left arm as Astamon had stabbed him. "Will we keep these wounds out of the digital world?"

Salamon ricocheted off of Astamon, and landed beside Dom. "Unfortunately we will." she said over the noise. The small rookie took a moment to gather herself, having hit her head too many times.
Terriermon nodded. "That's our experience. I know a safe place not far from here, where we can all rest and revive. It will be enough to hold all of us, I know." The small digimon looked up at the others gathered around. Would they indeed be enough? Yeah, they would.

Astamon took this time to run up the staircase hidden in the wall behind his desk. The wall closing behind him as he went up. He decided more drastic measures would be needed.
(I won't be on till 9:00 tonight, no going up the staircase or killing him till I get back, the finale isn't finished yet)

Dom saw Astamon run up some stairs and tried to follow but the wall closed. Dom punched at the wall in fustration. "We let him get away. Why?" Dom turned and saw Haku and Lucy getting attacked by two Meramon and a SkullMeramon. Dom ran and grabbed a the knife of the table and stabbed it into one Meramons neck then kicked out to others leg and stabbed him in the heart. Lucy and Haku attacked the SkullMeramon in combination deleating him.

*Supertwitch* (nine-o clock...........*more twitching* and you guys were so close..........c'mon! Is it that hard to get astamon to absorb all the virus.....I've been waiting like five days, and I can get bored too....amazingly...)

((We'll get to it. If you've been waiting this long, you can wait just a few more hours. ^^))
Salamon shook her head. "I don't know why. Maybe because the wall was closing and we don't typically like to be pancakes." she snipped. Before Salamon could even react to the new foes they seemed to be deleted. "Sure, go ahead and don't leave any fun for me." she muttered. Instead, she devoted her time to finding something, anything that could help open the wall. She noticed her partner, knocked out against the wall, and silently ran over, beckoning Terriermon and Aruraumon.
Aruraumon looked up, and followed Salamon over to Savannah. She looked bad, but she was alive. "Sleeping on the job?" he remarked, trying to make a light joke. He typically wasn't good at these types of things, so he fiddled with his vine-like fingers.
Salamon growled at her fellow digimon. "That wasn't funny." she spat, worried about Savannah. She gently put her paw on the blond tamer's knee, and worriedly fussed over her injuries.
Terriermon lighted down beside the other two, and looked at his tamer. "Momentai, Salamon! It could be worse, she could be dead!" He poked Savannah lightly, and sat back, waiting. An idea sprung to him while he was relaxing. "Come on, Aruraumon. I have an idea." The terrier digimon waddled off, the plant digimon in tow.
Savannah began to stir, head spinning. "Hey Salamon." she slurred. "We defeat Astamon yet?" When she finally regained her composure, she regarded the others in the room. "Guess not." she sighed, and slumped back against the wall. "How's Dom's arm doing?" she asked groggily, pulling her partner close to her.
Salamon happily snuggled against her tamer. "Glad you're awake. Astamon flew up those stairs; we're working on opening them. Apparently Dom's arm is fine, or he's not showing it." she finalized.

Haku took a deep breath and looked around. "Sorry about killing them all but it was needed." Dom stood still and got a rush to his head which made him fall on his but. He pulled his sleave up and lookes at his bandage that he crudly wraped. "Wow I lost rather alot of blood but how are you Savanah? Hope you're not too hurt." He crawled over to to her and laid next to her. Lucy and Haku came to his side quickly. "Dom... Dom are you ok?" Dom nodded and looked at Savanah "Every one shouold make sure she is ok we don't know if she'll get blood poisoning in the digital world or not."

Savannah crinkled her nose up. "I'm fine. You, however, need to fix that bandage." She motioned to the bandage. "Do you mind if I..? My little brother and sister got into many scrapes while I was home." she explained. In truth, she wasn't feeling too well, and her wound was starting to look infected, but that was probably just her.
((It's a mini-plot development for me))
Salamon nodded in agreement, and looked to the others. "Savannah'll be fine. She isn't helpless, you know." Salamon said, smiling ironically.
Terriermon came swooping back in, and dropped Aruraumon. The small digimon draped over his tamer's stomach, and sighed. We looked everywhere! We can't figure out how that creep opened the door." he sighed. "Sorry." he whimpered, looking up to Savannah. His tamer pulled him onto her lap, and buried her face in his ears. "You did your best." he heard her say.
Aruraumon nodded, apologizing for failing. He wasn't the hugging type, but he lay against Savannah's arm, and sighed.

"It's fine I can handle it myself as I study biology and medicine at college." Dom put his hand in his bag and pulled out his supplies among them a large first aid box. Dom opened it and inside was some pain killers, bandages and a sowing kit for stiches. Dom wrapped up his arm and looked at Savanah. "I know that needs treatment it's swelling and the colour is iregular."

Gin then barreled roll to dodge the dagger.When he looked back down at stamon,he was gone.He then saw his digimon fighting the Meramon and Skullmeramon.They were getting the upper hand but soon they were surrounded.They were in trouble so Gin swooped down and threw his chain at the Skullmeramon and deleted them he then started attacking them with his chain but they fought back with theirs.His digimon then started attacking the Meramon and deleting them.When it was over Gin looked at his digimon,"Good job guys I got a few burns and bruises but nothing to bad."His digimon had some minor injuries as well but they smiled at Gin and looked proud of themselves.

Kazuki looks around the place and what had happened. "Aww... I missed it all." Kazuki notices a digimon walking around the place. The digimon stops in front of Kazuki and stares at him. "What is that?" Palmon asks to Terriermon. Kazuki's Terriermon walks to the digimon and looks at it. "Hello... What are you?" Terriermon questions as he pokes the digimon. The digimon then walks off unknown. "Okay... That was freaky... I seriously need to get out more." Kazuki says as he looks at everyone else.

Gin and his digimon sit down to rest for a little.He then takes out a first-aid kit from his digivice and starts to treat his digimon and his own injuries.He smiles at them as he treats them."You guys fought really well."
His digimon smile then Impmon starts to say something."Really I was just trying to prove that I'm strong enough to join you guys with you as my partner."
Gin stared at Impmon and smiled,"Well my friends are really strong but you don't have to worry about being strong enough besides you already are."
