Aneres nodded then turned to Sirica. "A movie is A sequence of photographs projected onto a screen with sufficient rapidity as to create the illusion of motion and continuity...or something like that, I've never seen one." She shrugged then smiled, the idea of watching a movie sounded fun. One thing was for sure, it was strange for a slave to know one of the exact definitions of a word. "Mordred, if we did then what would we watch?"

((No, she's a freakin' smarty. I wish I could pull definitions out like that... Although, freshmen year, I was in front of my health class talking about what animal I would want to be [it was a subject for an impromtu speech] and I chose a serval. I kept talking and giving facts on it until one of my friends said I sounded like a text book... Then I sat back down 'cause that was really embarrassing... *sigh*))

Chase smacked his lips slowly, more to try to get rid of the taste than anything. He caught his eyes, narrowed his gaze and refused to look away. He leaned back against the wall, sliding down it to sit on the floor. A nasty-looking blood line appeared behind him on the wall and he broke eyes contact with the neko. He saw the frustration on Ari's face and in his eyes, and he felt the same but he knew that shouting would only get him so far. And that was if you had enough stamina and a good throat. As it was, the boy didn't think he had either and he was uncertain that Ari had the motivation to continue his revolting manner.
"Agreed," He muttered as he watched Ari dig his claws into the mattress.
He didn't join him though. Wrecking things only made sense to him when they held freedom just out of reach. Like his old cage. Or the bars over the window. He smirked lightly.
"We have to do away with those. . . " He murmured with a manical grin in Nikon direction. Of course the man couldn't hear him, but the shaded look of total agression and revengeful malice on Chase's face said it all. He was going to be free in one way or another. . .

Ari looked over at the other and tilted his head to the side, confused by his quietness. Laying down on the bed, the neko curled up and tried his best to keep himself warm. All the while they were seeming to rest, Nikon was watching them. They would probably escape, and he would have eto stop that from ever happening. He stood up, making Ari's ears perk up. The neko moved his head to watch the human stand up and walk over to them. His feline tail began to plume as he backed up off the bed until he fell off on to the floor. Ari slipped under the bed and out of sight. He wanted nothing to do with anyone. His stomach let out a loud growl as he positioned himself under the bed, so he was comfortable. Nikon chuckled and knelt down beside the bed, making sure to keep away from Chase. "Little neko hungry?" he teased and chuckled again. Ari hissed and backed up.

Mordred shrugged his shoulders.
I Don't know what ever is playing and by the way who do you know what a movie is. I mean I'm not calling you stupid it's just..yesterday you didn't know what a changing room was," Mordred pointed out as they walked through the front door of the mansion.

Chase tensed as the man walked over to them, his eyes still on Ari, but the man didn't stop at the grey haired boy. In fact, it seemed to Chase that Nikon was ignoring him completely! He frowned, but it wasn't like he wanted the attention anyhow. He watched as the neko slipped off the bed, wincing slightly as he hit the floor, then his smirk widened as the neko's stomach growled. Grroouuw! Chase's smirk was wiped clean off his face as his stomach decided to do that exact same thing.
He grimaced, hearing Nikon's taunting words and looked over at the chest of drawers and the mirror. He examined them thoroughly, trying not to act obedient to get what his body wanted, which was nurishment and food. He wasn't that hungry, right? He had to agree with the hiss Ari gave Nikon, but he could still feel his stomach gurgling. He slowly turned at looked at the neko under the bed, asking him what to do with his eyes, his expression blank.

Ari jumped slightly as the other's stomach growled after his. The human let out a loud laugh and looked at them both, looking very amused. All the while the neko watched the other boy, Nikon was walking over to the door and opened it up. Ari's ears stood up, and his tail froze. He was leaving. "Be good," he said as he left and went back to whatever work he did... Probably some sort of twisted thing. Ari glanced at Chase and meowed softly. "Food," he said as his stomach let out another loud growl. He was so hungry, but he was not sure if it was safe. He was getting so hungry that he felt sick. ((<--that happens to me. if i don't eat in the morning, i throw up. it's happened once at school... that's why i eat breakfast))

She repeated, the definition stored away in the young demons peculiar mind. They began to near the house now, and Sirica exclaimed, "We will see 'whatever is playing'! Then dashed inside, up to her room, and laid out the new shirts. She then preceded to run back down to the others with a stricken look on her face. "Where are scissors?" She had no idea and needed them for the wing slits.

Chase glared at Nikon, used to the laughing. But he was also used to not being able to do anything about it, so he didn't attack him as his instincts pushed him to. He shifted back against the wall but couldn't go any further into it so he ended up sullenly staring back at Nikon as he went to the door. His eyes darted to Ari as the door closed. The other looked right ready to lunge at the door and escape, but he didn't, which was really too bad. One of them could have been free. . . He sighed as Ari's stomach growled again and he mornfully collapsed forward and looked at the neko.
"Go check for food," He suggested, jerking his head painfully at the minifridge.
There were cans in there, and bottles, but he didn't know if they were edible and he wasn't going to experiment. He closed his eyes, then opened them a minute later and stared at the walls. They needed a new plan. . .

"Chase not hungry?" Ari asked as he made his way to the fridge. He was being careful because he did not trust it anymore. For all he knew, Nikon could have put something in there while they were working on the ropes and pushing the bed to the window. He opened it up, awaiting anything bad to happen. When nothing happened, the neko smiled and pulled out something that looked like one of those cylinders from before that made the ting-ting sound. He tapped it a few times, trying to figure out how to open it. Glaring at the can, Ari set it down and tried looking for something else. There was some fruit in there, and that was good enough. He grabbed some out and started eating, carrying others in his free arm as he walked back over to Chase and set the food on the ground. "Eat?" Ari was worried about the other because he was hungry too. His ears had returned to their normal state as he calmed down. The food felt good in his empty and close-to-starving stomach. He sighed and continued eating. Even the few bites felt filling.

Chase watched Ari crawl out from under the bed then pad over to the fridge, or until he was out of Chase's vision. The boy didn't bother to turn to his head watch the neko inspect then open the fridge. He didn't feel like it. He felt like running around and dying. Two things that if he did, he might be hated for forever. He closed his eyes again, ignoring the gnawing in his stomach and focusing on the quietness around him. Then there was a small bump by his head and the green eyes opened and swivelled, after a moment hesitation, to the fruits that the neko had just set there. He stared at the food before looking up at Ari. He stared at him for a while, then rested his head back onto the floor and sighed. He uncurled his arm from under him then stayed still. He didn't feel like moving, just staring.
"You eat."

Ari shook his head and finished off the fruit he had been eating. "Ari ate already," he mumbled and picked another fruit up and looked at it. Sighing, the neko set the food down and yawned. He curled up into a ball on the floor, protecting himself in the fetal position. It was how he slept while in the cages, and he had gotten used to it. He hugged himself and whimpered softly, annoyed at the thought of not being able to escape. That was what he wanted. To feel freedom once again. To finally be free with no fear of being caught. He was different than other slaves who would take the abuse and hate they recieved from their masters, the beings who gave them their home, no matter how cruel. Ari grumbled, his tail began to twitch. He was unable to sit still anymore and sat back up, looking over at Chase.

"Good then."
He stared at the bed posts, vaguely aware of Ari playing with the fruits before he curled up. Chase followed suit, edging closer to the neko by a foot at the most. Warmth was good when he felt sleepy. . . It reminded him of his family. He bent his arm, slipping it under his head and nuzzling into it. He frowned and peeked open an eyes when Ari sat back up. Hrrmm The boy closed his eye then tried to curl up into a tighter ball.
"He's got us trapped. I bet he's got plans as well."
It was becoming the like the underground captivity all over again. Chase would have to revert to trying to claw Nikon to death after a while, since that's what he did when he couldn't get his way when he really wanted it. And Nikon was trying to keep him inside. Like a bird. A pet! Chase wasn't a pet! And neither was the neko next to him.
He growled lightly but bared his fangs and shook his head hard.

Ari glanced at the other. He was closer! The neko scooted away a bit, uncomfortable being close to anyone. Tilting his head to the side, the neko made a strange squeek sound in confusion. "...Plans...?" he repeated. That scared him. What kind of plans would be brought down upon them. He scooted back over to Chase, curling up beside him and wrapping his tail around the other. "Need to escape," he muttered and looked at the other. He may not have felt comfortable, but it would have felt less safe not being near another. He shut his eyes and sighed.
