Alli smiled a bit. "My job blew up," She looked at him. "Not my fault." She added. "And a girl who was a friend of mine disappeared, so I was questioned quite a bit..." She said, and sipped her water.

Alli pouted. "He was a friend of mine!" She snapped playfully. "That's too bad..." She sat up straighter. "What about Jesse? Anything on him?" She then realized what she said, she blushed but didn't withdraw the question.

"I never knew Jesse. Since most of the Rejects Academy's information was documented by me. He never made it into my division's information system so we can't track him down and for other division's info you need a password which i don't have."

"Its pretty much all Downtime now. We havn't had any Super powered terrorists threatening the US like we've had over the years. It's cooled down pretty much. Every now and then you will be called to catch a criminal but usually if they have a known power."

Orphis put his hand on her head. "You're frozen Korri. What happened to you?" He said. He took a cloth and dipped it in the hot water and wiped her forehead. "You know, i was scared i wasn't going to see you again." He said to her.
