Jackie lifted her head as she felt Strobe pat her back. She didn't think that he would care for her enough to show her such a feeble touch of compassion. She stared up at him smiling softly. "Thank you Strobe..." She said softly as she hugged him slightly, burying her head into his chest.

Kioko was happy that stobe was caring,
i bet he missed his little sister...Kioko thought smiling at the two...
but her smile turned worried and serious as they needed to find a base to reside in AND destroy the labs or at least, the source of everything...
"okay, so the main tracking device has been taken care off" Kioko said looking at crow,
"now the barcodes are okay, as long as they stay moist, it didtorts the signal enough to not let them track us...so the only thing we need to take care of is finding a permanent base..." kioko looked at the others, hoping to find just a small place to start looking...even that would help in the long run...

Strobe returned the hug, but even as he did so, he thought about the delima. Staying clustered would be too risky, if one fell, all would fall. At the same time, being too split up wasn't wise either. A happy medium was necessary, one that ensured their safety but fulfilled their need for anonimity.

Jackie then blushed softly as she realized what she was doing. She looked up at him, a pinkish hue upon her cheeks. "I can still read your thoughts..." She said as she smiled slightly. "Don't worry...everyone can take care of themselves...and even if they find us, we will all do our best..." She giggled silently as she looked back up at him. She felt much better now as she was with him, in his arms.

Crow felt satisfied as Strobe and Jackie comforted each other, smiling now that the situation had finally calmed down. He paced back over to the waterfall and made a small hop, or rather a gigantic leap, though the effort he used was equivalent to the former. He landed back on his perch about a dozen feet up the rock face, and began searching the surrounding forest once again. Despite the fact that their signals were distorted or gone, he wouldn't take any chances.

"crows got the right idea, looking for them just in case.." Kioko said sighing..
"well, as for now, i guess this place can be temporary base, but to be certain, someone shoud keep guard for a portion of the night..."
Kioko then looked at the cave, it was big, pretty big, but there were no other tunnels or passageways, just one big room...and if they were attacked, they needed a second way out of this place...ASAP...
"well, since this is how far we are getting right now, i guess i'm going to squish in a little practicing....been a bit rusty, too rusty for comfort..." Kioko said, removing her cape and placed it folded neatly on the side of the cave...she exited and jumped down by the lake...

Strobe saw Kioko looking at the cave wall. Her thoughts were clear; if they were found they would be stuck in a corner. Strobe stood and walked to the back of the cave, studying the wall intently. Maybe, withconcentrated bursts of plasma, a tunnel of some sort could be made, mabe with barely any registerable seismic activity. But he would need help if he were to do something like this.
"Hey, Max," he asked, "How strong are you?"

Lolina smiled as Jackie was comforted by Strobe. She then started to think about where a good base would be. So she then sat in one of the corners of the cave to think more on the subject.

Kioko walked over down the cliff anf hopped onto a flat rock in the middle of the pond that the waterfall made...
so far, were okay...but im worried for the others, i dont want them facing the enemy after they have been through soo much...Kioko thought, taking a deep breath before beginning her practice...
i promised that i wouldnt let them suffer, just like the others who didnt make it..so, i'll hav to protect them no matter the cost!
Kioko spread her arms wide and from the water came 2 waterballs, floating in midair..
She then threw both of them to the dryland where they merged and formed into a waterclone of herself...The clone then, without hesitation, kicked the earth beneath it and a hige rock popped out of the ground, the clone punched it and it went flying towards Kioko...
kioko's arm glew a blue color and she bashed the rock into pieces..then water surrounded each piece and they solidified turning into ice shards and headed for the clone...Then clone turned back into water and dodged the ice which hit the gigantic tree trunk behind the clone..the clone reformed and blew a fire storm towards Kioko...
kioko raised a waterwall and steam appeared from the fire and water colliding...the spar continued on..

Lolina was unable to think of anything and decided to watch Kioko train so she turned into a heron and went by the lake and started to watch her in he rheron form.

After the mist diappeared, it was mostly a fight of hand to hand combat with superhuman strength...in the end, Kioko managed to beat the clone, but with cuts in injuries...
"well, i must be out of shape if she was able to actually give me this cut." Kioko said looking at a deep gash on her left arm...
"what better time to practice my healing abilities.." Kioko placed her right hand over the cut and the familiar green glow emitted from it...the wound was healing, but Kioko only made it so that the wound stopped bleeding...she was already tired from performing all that magic in one blow....
"too, much, magic exerted.." Kioko said between pants..
"high level magic isnt my specialty...but it should be, since we are facing dangerous enemies.." kioko said regaining her energy...
being in human form takes up too much energy when you are tired...kioko thougth in her head...
she she morphed into the white fox that she was in when she helped the experiments escape...
much better, i havent morphed into animals in a while, i forgot how much less energy it takes...Kioko's fox form thought in her head...she looked towards the waterfall and then out towards the forest...hopefully the enemy wont be comming back for a while...

Crow watched the others train, something he'd done every day of his life since he could remember. His life before the labs was demanding, but he loved every moment of it, through his particular lifestyle he became very competative. Even when he was in the labs they encouraged him to train, if not to become better to allieviate his mind, they always referred to him as 'a perfect specimen of combat capability'. Even now that he was out of the labs he felt the need to train, and now that the seal was removed, he had no more inhibitions. When his shift to watch the cave was over he would find a place nearby to train. However as he watched Kioko, he knew they could each take humans on easily, but was worried about what might happen should the labs send many. Even worse, Crow only survived the labs because he was able to defeat the other combat experiments, he couldn't say what might happen if they released hostile experiments.

Lolina watched as Kioko turned into a fox. She then smiled as she thought to herself how powerful this girl must be. It gave her the chills for a second as she then thought about the scientists making something even stronger and making it come to get them.

Recieving no answer form Max, he continued with his plan to create an espcape route. He raised his hands and once again began his Tendril Dance. Whips of plasma rose from his hands as they began to carve away at the rock face inside of the cave. Flecks of rock landed on the floor of the cave, Nothing like the large pieces that he would have cared away given the chance, but it would work.
