If you'll all excuse me, I'm going to sit down for a bit." Terry said before walking away. In the hall he looks over at a door with a lock on it. Out of curiosity he walks over to it and messes with the lock, opening the door. Walking in he sees it a basement and walks down the stairs closing the door and turning on the light.

Alathea saw Terry go open a door and dissapear down some stairs, I wonder if he would like company. Too much sitting down happening right now.

Serena wandered around on a path, not knowing what to do. The town was already taken over by the once homocapian zombies and creatures, so she could not return to her family, who had become one of them. It caused Serena's heart to ache just to think of her sister being deformed and mutilated. After she grasped that image in her mind, she imagined her whole family looking the same. If only if she could talk to someone around her, but the other people has looks on their faces that probably meant that they did not want to deal with a shy little teenager. Serena kept walking as she kicked a small stone with her black tennis shoe.

Serena froze as she felt someone behind her. A cold uninvited pressence was lurking on her skin, making the hair on her arms stand up. She gasped softly and turned around in a paranoid action. "Who is there?" She asked nervously.

Wandering aimlessly around the basement Terry walks over to a chair and starts to sit down. "I wonder what kind of things the residence left down here. Maybe I should look around, it isn't a violation when everyone's dead or mutated." Getting up he walks up to a light switch and lturns the light on. Looking at old paintings and vases he hears moaning. "What the..." The light bulb blows out to his surprise. Turning he sees another door in the darkness. As he got closer to the door the moaning got louder. Puling a bayonet from his pocket he silently opens the door. Peeking inside he sees a man chained to the wall. After observing closely he sees his heart tearing out of his chest. Noticing Terry standing there, the man lets out a loud cry. Breaking the chains he begins to run at him. Jumping out of the way Terry begins to run out the door but is quickly stopped by the man. "I guess I have no choice, I really don't want to do this." Stabbing the mutant in the neck he watches as he pulls the knife out and throws it aside. "Crap."

Alathea heard moaning and then Devon yelling downstairs, Well I guess if he wanted company or not he got it. For some reason unbeknown to her this comment amused Alathea and she giggled to herself. I need to get out more. This thought sent her giggling even further.
"Okay Ally, pull yourself together and go see what's up."
Alathea walked over to the basement door and carefully opened it. The light had gone out, so reaching over she grabbed the torch that she had put on the table earlier. After switching it on she quickly placed it over the stairs and after mentally remembering how many and how deep she proceeded down the stairs shining the torch over the rest of the room. The torch passed quickly over a mutant and after a slight shock and gasp, she realised it was dead already and kept walking down the stairs. The torch found Devons face and she moved it over to Terrence.
"Are you okay?"
She walked over to Terry and glanced him over making sure he wasn't injured.

Oh my god, does this guy ever stop? Alathea stepped around Devon slightly pushing him away she put her focus back on Terrence. She saw that he wasn't injured and was relieved, We can't afford to lose another member.
"I am glad to see you are alright."
She shone the light over the room and seeing the chains she went over to the wall to inspect them closer. The chains had been bolted to the wall, and they didn't look like it had been done recently.
"Hey have a look at this. These chains have been here for a very long time, I am surprised he only just broke loose tonight. It might have been the thought of fresh meat."
She moved over to the table that had been near the mutant, what she saw made her coil back and almost gag, "Uh can someone please tell me what that is."

Alathea felt Devon step up next to her as the light was still shining at the table.
"What does that mean, a proto zombie?"
Alathea handed the torch to Devon and stepped over to Terry trying to get away from what was on the table, the sight of it was a conundrum to her mind and body, her mind wanted to get in closer, look at it and work out what it was, where as her body just wanted to bring up the delicious meal Ria had just made for her.
