I do a sucky dice roll battle, that's for sure. I've only done it like- once. I'm such a newb at that, so if I do....You'll have to promise to be patient sweatdrop

I'm such a newb at that, so if I do....You'll have to promise to be patient sweatdrop Lol, no problem. If you mean with a BOD character, then you should remain more of a manipulator anyway. BOD's aren't very good in combat. For example, Arson usually stays behind the scenes, and acts when he can go undetected. ((Though I hate to say it outside the storyline, he usually doesn't fight or come to help people unless he feels some kind of emotional obligation to do so. In other words, Tab is a rare case, and AIA soldiers are about the only enemies he can kill with ease. In the scheme of things, NPCs are only about 100hp each. My character is balanced out in that his body can switch between two forms. He uses a powerful weapon, but he can either choose between low accuracy and decent HP, or high accuracy and horrible defense. Crack him with a special while he's in attack mode and you can kill him easily, even though he can squeeze off quite a bit of damage. Hence, he usually travels with other people so he doesn't have to fight or attacks by surprise.)) <--Technical stuff, me going off on a tangent, etc etc. Tab is probably what you would want to worry about, because she is more the fighting type. Anyway, don't worry, I'll stop to help you if you have any questions about it. Plus, I'll warn you if I go into a lot of detail and don't really need to. XD

Alright everyone, I have an important announcement to make for people keeping track of the rp. I've talked to Anarcho, and it seems he's going to be busy for some time. Because of this, he's decided to place me in charge as the GM of the RP.
Because of the complications of not being able to edit the thread (and that I want to be on the top forum to get members, but lets not tell the mods that, hehe), I'm going to be remaking the thread on the top forum of this guild.
Also, because many people have complained about how complicated the combat system is, It's going to be somewhat simplified, but still reflecting the power of each person's character. This way people will still have more room to RP, and people will be more encouraged to enter into conflicts with other characters. Over time, if we ever expand and get a subforum, we may begin to get more specific on the combat system, but for now we should probably focus on storyline and attracting new members.
Anyone who is still interested in participating in this RP, pm me back. This message will be originally posted on the RP OOC thread, but I am also going to copypaste it and send it to the active members of the RP. If you aren't interested, simply pm me back telling me so, and you will never hear from me again. That said, thank you, and I hope you will be able to participate in the RP.

Update:
So far I've been busy with exams, and I expect to be very busy all summer going different ways out of state, but in the meantime, I still have some information on how the RP will be setup, with a few key differences:
- Anarcho has passed cotrol of the chancellor over to me, so until someone else has the character passed on to them, him and his bodyguards will be puppeted by me.
- The combat will be simplified somewhat, to allow things to greater fit with the context of roleplay. Consider it the same system, but with a simpler monetary and stat bonus system. The main stats will be Health, Power and Accuracy. Melee weapons will generally have better stats against guns at close range, and the reverse is true from farther away. Special abilities will be in the context of roleplay, particularly if your character has special characteristics.
- The timeline will be advanced to where the playing field is neutral, some infected/captives will be rescued and treated by the Anarchists, some will be recaptured, and a few exceptionally powerful will have escaped on their own. The administration of both sides will change based on who joins up, and the rest of the plot during that time will be hinted upon along the way.
- New York city is back under AIA control, mostly due to the turmoil from the incident. Anarchists (the Insurgence) will have retreated primarily underground, both literally and figuratively.
That's all for now, and the RP will likely launch again towards the end of summer, with a larger and new cast of characters. Unlike when Anarcho first made it, I plan on getting most of the construction done before the RP is released. This way, by the time the initial thread is finished and we are moved to a levelled forum, we will have an active and dedicated cast of characters. Peace-
