I used a Haunter (or anyone who can use Mean Look) who is high enough lvl to out speed Mesprit.
The turns go like this -
- Haunter uses Mean Look.
- Use Dusk Balls, its Night time here.
- Make sure hes on Red lives of course.
- Took a couple of balls, and he was caught.
Thats what I did, you can get it much easier if youre lucky, bet im not.
