*Joker finally stops lifting weights. Then JOker takes a drink of Powerade, and walks out of the weight room all sweaty with a towel over his head, and randomly takes swigs to his powerade, and goes to make his way to his locker room*

Jed then does 10 jumping jacks,he then does high knees.Jed also does some squats .Jed say in,...out....in .....out....Jed gets up,and walks to his bike and starts riding around.*
