*He landed at the edge of the cliff and had a look around. In the far distance, voices of unseen creatures could be heard. The smell from the area infront of him was of the unusual sort as well. With the body size of a young boy, he was pretty careful in this new area. Any large predator would likely see him as a tasty feast, although he had to admit, he had tasted himself once and he knew that he were no yummy treat.*

Syan was slithering close to the ground and hiding in the tall grass. She had already eaten that week so she wasn't really looking for anything. She flicked her tongue out and back in as she slithered. Something caught her scent, though, and she peeked up over the grass a bit to look. She seen a strange creature sitting there. One that she hadn't seen before and could probably equal her in the weirdness scale. She blinked her yellow eyes and slithered quietly closer to it because it caught her curiousity.

*His right ear bent backwards, capturing the sound from behind. Now alert that someone else was in the area, he spread his wings, ready to take flight if it was a hungry predatore starving for some bad tasting creature like he was. The muschles in his body tensed, the creature arriving sounded like it would be larger then him, possibly stronger too.*

Syan noticed that he was about to fly away before she would get a chance to look him over so she coiled herself and shot herself at him with great speed, tackling him to the ground. She grabbed one of his wings and one of his arms, holding him infront of her and looking at him with a curious expression. She then flicked her tongue out and back in before tilting her head and cocking her eyebrow. "What are you, exactly?"

*He panicked, this creature was definetly going to eat him. Not understanding what she said, he started to growl back. The free arm was trying to get the caught arm loose, and his legs were kicking towards the blue scaled foe.*

She noticed he was trying to get at her and attack her, so she used her tail to wrap around his legs and his free arm. She just squeezed to keep ahold of him, but not tight enough to hurt him. "Hey now. I just want to know what you are. I've already eaten for the week." She leaned in and sniffed his hair, quickly sticking out her tongue and giving a look of dislike. "You don't even smell good enough to eat." Her hands were still holding the one wing and the one arm.

*He flinched and closed his eyes as she stuck out her tounge, then opened them again when she made weird noises. His brow was lowered, and he snarled towards her. Unable to get away, he tried to bite her.*

Syan let go of his one wing and grabbed his ear before he got his head down close to bite her. She then let out a hiss and unhinged her jaw, baring her long venomous fangs to scare him and see if that would just paralyze him with fear and make him stop figiting around. She then hooked her jaw back in place and the fangs folded down and she gave a glare. "Behave. No one's hurting you. And believe me, your bite won't hurt me. Mine will kill you." Hopefully her just scaring him and then her quickly snapping her jaw shut would show that she could have killed him if she really wanted to, but she didn't.

*Having his ear pulled really hurt him, and seeing the gigantic mouth of hers wasn't a pretty sight either. Maybe she was saving him for later. He tried to calm down, hoping she'd loosen her grip enough for him to get away, but the nerves and muschles were to tense for that.*

She felt that he was still tense and just patted his head and rubbed it. "You're soft. Fur is really different than scales." She grinned and scratched behind his ears, even. Maybe this would calm him down. Some of her blue hair tilted down and into her face. "Just calm down. I don't want to eat you. I just want to know what you are. Are you hungry? You look malnourished."

*The scratch behind the ear felt good, but it made him very confused. He looked oddly at her, then his stomach growled, he hadn't gotten anything then bugs to eat lately, and they weren't very filling. His wing flapped a bit, then his stomach growled again. Trying to get away from this scaled creature had made him lose energy and his hunger had risen.*

Syan had heard his stomach growl and blinked as if that was an affirmation of her statement. "We should get you some food." She flicked her tongue out and back in, more or less sniffing around for a small animal. There was a rabbit nest close that she picked up on. She slithered over and kept ahold of the boy with her tail. Leaning down to the hole, she reached her arm in real fast and her eyes squinted as it seemed she grabbed something and pulled it out. It was a rabbit and she just snapped its neck and brought its neck up to her mouth. She bit into it with the non-venomous teeth she had and started to drain the blood and just spit it out. Once it was drained, she started to use her long nails and rip the skin from the animal. She then grabbed some of the meat from the leg area and held it up to his face. "Food." She then took a small piece and put it in her mouth and chewed it to show him. "Food."

Food? *That chunk of flesh was called food? Or was it the chewing? His eyes widened and his mouth opened slightly, licking his lips. The smell of raw meat entered his mind as if he had become intoxicated by the aroma. Quickly he grabbed the piece of meat and swallowed it. His eyes closed as he enjoyed the bloody after taste. To bad the blood got wasted, but the delightful taste he just devoured calmed down his tense limbs.*

She ripped the rabbit apart and cleaned it, giving him the slabs of meat for him to eat. "Food." She reiterated this word and kept saying it as she gave him the meat hoping that he would pick up. She assumed that he didn't know how to speak or he would have done it by now. Keeping ahold of his lower body, she licked the blood from her hands and cleaned them before rubbing his head and scratching behind his ears to calm him. She liked this weird little thing and was starting to think of him as a child, which she liked children.

*With both arms now free, he took the meat into his hands and started to eat it in a hurry. When he felt her scratch him behind the ear again, the eating slowed down. Still with the mouth full, he said* Food! *And some chunks fell out of his mouth and down on his fur. After emtying his hands, he licked them clean and started picking up the halfchewed chunks on his chest, putting them into his mouth. Food shouldn't be spilled.*
