Lori was predictably still skeptical.
"So he boned you, and then said 'oh, by the way, there's this big guy I'm dating?'" He looked entirely nonplussed. This guy was unseelie, after all, and what in the hell did 'leftovers' mean?

Lori's eyes narrowed. Well, sure. If Luca was sleeping with some random guy after their first time... after their planned in advance first time, he'd be reasonably upset. Especially after all of the courting and expressions of love and such. He was still skeptical.
A girl? A guy? Luca was no playboy. "And I'm supposed to believe he's sleeping with all of these people?"

The sprite shrugged. "Look man, I've known him a long time. And he had a new lover every week. He cheated on me with that succubus! I thought he'd changed. Apparently not."

Well, cheating with a succubus as a little more forgivable, what with the magical seduction. It still sucked, but it wasn't entirely willing.

The sprite got his first uncomfortable shift from Lori. He looked the sprite over. Thin, effeminate. Even the way he spoke was nothing like Lori himself.
"Telling me what? We're in a relationship. Like an actual relationship. None of this screw-and-leave s**t." Lori was unaware that he had begun cursing.

That actually sounded a lot like what Luca said others did to him... so what did that say? He couldn't imagine his sweet, shy little Luca doing that. It had taken them so long to even get to the point of sex. And they'd finally gotten there, and supposedly this guy had slept with him within the next two days.
"That really doesn't sound like Luca." He paused. Wasn't he supposed to be pissed at this guy for sleeping with his boyfriend? Throwing hot coffee or something? He was too confused to react 'appropriately.'

This guy wasn't any fun. He was impossible to convince. Yeah yeah, Lucasi had always been an innocent type. And he was generally a good guy--but causing problems was fun!

Lori shrugged. "We've been dating a few months?" ...and had only just had sex. That was a little weird, but hey, who was he to judge, right? HE thought he knew Luca pretty well. Nerdy, hippie parents, been hurt a bunch... or had he been doing the hurting? It still seemed so unlike him.

Lori's expression was deeply furrowed. He knew that succubus. He hadn't really taken her for the relationship type.
"Yeah, I, uh." But you slept with him anyway? "Alright." How did you even end a conversation like this?
