[I struggled to be free from the bush, gasping silently in pain as the sharp thorns poked my pelt. I turned my head to see Forsaken release the foxes and drag Treepaw away. I sighed with relief.
I concentrated on freeing myself from the bush, tugging steadily and more calmly in one direction. I finally broke free with a soft rip of my fur. I sighed.
I heard a scrabbling sound and turned to see Treepaw return and taunt the foxes. My rage was too much to hold in.]
"You mousebrain!!" I screeched. "Do you have a death wish or something?!"
[I realized my mistake and cowered in the bushes, staring out and hoping the foxes wouldn't mind me.
Oh Forsaken, what the heck?! ═══════════════════════Let me keep one thing near;
the heart that bonds us, my dear
For if I sleep at end of day
I find your shadow fades away

Treepaw looked at Purepaw shocked. "Purepaw, your gonna get killed!"Treepaw said, jmuping down form the tree, and tugging at her. Oh how hard it was, she was stuck, finally he fell backwards as she was broken free. "Climb the tree!"Treepaw mewed. As he faced the foxes for a distraction.
"Yes, it was horrid, I wanted to bite the stupic twolegs faces off, how dare they hurt one of our clanmates."Blackflame growled, and layed down, shuddering at how the towlegs had just laughed. A cold wind blew inot the den, she gave a tiny shiver, and watch how a bit of snow fell into the den.

BRAMBLEFIRE Starclan, forever my enemy... [Bramblefire rose to his two paws and reached for a cobweb. When he had one, he brought it down with him and laid one out on one of the five deep wounds from the whip.]"Might as well do something.. Hauntedheart seems too busy.."[He told himself, and applied a few more. The ginger tom then applied pressure onto the cobwebs with his paws to soak up as much blood as possible.] But the dark forest, forever be my friend...

[Willowheart]
We all have our secrets.
[I was at the topmost branches by now, high up in the air]
"Willowheart! Please get down!" Foxfur pleaded.
[I rolled my eyes and began climbing down, fluffing up my fur as a cold breeze gusted through the territory. About halfway down, I glanced downward, and felt my stomach lurch. Whoa. My claws dug into the soft bark as I fought to regain my balance]
"Willowheart?" Spottedheart called, "Are you alright?"
[I gasped for breath, my flank heaving]
"I'm f-fine.." I whispered,
[I looked down once more, and knew it was a mistake. My legs wobbled, then gave out. I gave a little squeak of fear, then fell.
Whoosh.
The wind was whistling in my ears, twigs whipping at me. I hit off another tree as I fell, and I'm kind of glad I did. It took off some of the impact of the fall. I bounced off the tree and landed on the ground with a loud thump.]
"Willowheart!"
[Foxfur rushed over and nosed me roughly]
"Willowheart! You idiot! I told you this would happen! I told-"
[He was cut off as Spottedheart hissed at him. I heard a grunt as he replied, then picked me up]
"I'll be right back,"
[He carried me back to camp, and laid me down in Hauntedheart's den. I was struggling to stay awake now]
"She fell from a tree" I heard him murmur.
[He emitted a loud sigh, then licked my ear and left, probably gone back to doing his job as Deputy. All of a sudden, I lost the fight, and fell unconscious, relaxing into a deep slumber]

[I scrambled against the tree, cursing loudly. I was too short! The trees were too tall, the branches to far away, for me to jump up to!]
"I can't," I wailed to Treepaw, "I'm too small!"
[I was too heavy for him to carry...
A fresh wave of shame and fear washed over me as I faced the foxes devious eyes.
Forsaken, where are you...? I wondered frantically, backing up against the tree bark.] ═══════════════════════Let me keep one thing near;

[Blood walked through the marsh, his fur dripping wet from the river he'd crossed many moments ago. He stepped carefully and came upon a scene. A delightful scene.
He glanced from the foxes to Purepaw, his grin widening. In his mouth, he held a strange item that gently flapped in the wind, dripping a bit. He gently placed it on the ground, holding it in the light with his paw. It squirmed and tried to break free. It was pitch-black and did not reflect the light, but was trapped by it.
Well well Forsaken, Blood thought. It seems you do not understand the extent of my power.
Under Blood's paw, a piece of Forsaken's shadowy form squirmed.
I'm a much more ancient fiend than you. I know age-old tricks demons these days have forgotten all about...
He watched the little shadow writhe in agony in the blinding moonlight, grinning in sadistic pleasure. Then he grabbed it with his mouth again and swallowed it. As he did so, he chanted silently in his mind.
Spirit of Night, hear my cry
deep where you humbly lie
Piece of shadow from heartless heart
lies within my belly deep.
Shadows of depth, darkest Night
grant me the image of the unseen light
grant me mayhem to start
the endless agony for Pure to weep.
His body trembled, then shuddered. His eyes bulged out of his heat and his tail stood straight and trembling.
The shadows below him shuddered and reached up, wrapping around him fiercely. He dug his claws into the earth, the shadows muffling his scream. He was now a black mass of writhing pain. The mass shook wildly, bulging and shaking. Suddenly it began to slow down, twitching ever so often.
The shadows trembled again, a slimy membrane. The mass thinned into the slightly recognizable figure of an animal. With a bit more shuddering and twitching, the shadowy mass thinned once more into the recognizable figure of a cat. Impossibly skinny limbs formed, then a jagged backbone, then a sharp face.
Red eyes opened and glistened in the dark. A crooked smile cracked across the figure's face from ear to ear. It was the smile of a demon without a heart.
Standing tall, Blood stood.
He looked exactly like Forsaken.
In fact, he was an exact replica of Forsaken. Stretching a bit, he grinned out into the foxes, and rested his eyes on Purepaw.
Suddenly, he merged with the shadows.
From under the foxes, their shadows grabbed them once more, holding them back. Blood, emerging from the dark pool of shadows, snarled.]
"Stay away from her, you fiends!!"
(( Okay, so for anyone who's lost, Blood transformed into an "image" of Forsaken. D:
I have Buddy's permission for this. o__o I mean, what's about to happen is so twisted it makes me shudder.
*shudders*
But anyway. From now on, whenever Purekit says "Forsaken", it's actually Blood pretending to be Forsaken, otay? D: )) ____________________________________________________________________________________

[I felt my heart flow with joy.]
"Forsaken!" I cried, feeling an immense wave of relief.
[He turned to me, a soft light shining in his eyes.]
"You can't ever stay out of trouble, can you?" he muttered softly.
"I'm so glad you came back!" I cried.
"...came back?" he asked, a confused look crossing his face.
I paused, then said, "Yes, of course! Thanks for saving Treepaw from them, but the darned mouse-brain ran right back to confront them again!! I wasn't able to get untangled from that bush, but Treepaw helped me. I've got a bit of fur missing, see?"
[I showed him my right shoulder, where the fur was noticably less furry.
Forsaken nodded at me, then turned to the foxes.]
"You'd better leave," he growled, "and never return to this place, or find yourself facing nightmares you could never imagine!"
((Blood's just being all dramatic for Purekit, Luni, he doesn't plan to back up his words. xD ))
[Forsaken grabbed Purekit in his mouth and grabbed Treepaw with his shadows and carried the two far away from the foxes. As I bumped against his chin, I couldn't help but feel a bit happy.
He came back for me! He never usually does that-!] ═══════════════════════Let me keep one thing near;

Okay. Uh. So they're recaptured right.. Treepaw's taunting... Purepaw's is sheltered by Forsaken or a.k.a. Blood and.... That's all I need to know, right? And what Timber jus' said...
Sorry sweatdrop I went Black Friday shopping and got some pretty sweet deals. 60$ Jacket was 25 :3

For those who don't know, Blood has taken the image of Forsaken by using an old "spell", so to speak, and now is pretending to be Forsaken. Please do not have your cat notice the difference between him and the real Forsaken. This is only temporary and is approved by Trixie Buddy.
[Blood flew across the marsh with ease, running in the dark cloud of shadows. So this is what it feels like...what a lucky demon! This is a power to be admired, though it's useless against harming others. Darn. I was hoping to have some fun with this--!
Blood stopped near the camp, releasing Treepaw and placing Purepaw delicately on the ground.]
"Stay in camp this time, fool!" he hissed. "I'm not going to be around to save your butt any more! You'd better be thankful Purepaw asked me to save you, or I'd have left you to be foxfood!"
[Whoops, I have no idea if Purepaw actually asked him...well, it's unlike Forsaken to have saved someone from his own free will. Purepaw had to have asked him.
He snuck a furtive glance at Purepaw, who nodded in agreement angrily. He let out an inward sigh of relief. He picked Purepaw up again and began to leave, but the little apprentice squeaked in surprise.]
"Wh-where are you taking me, Forsaken?"
[Blood didn't stop, but spoke in a muffled voice around her fur as he carried her.]
"Nawt fahr...Ih whant to shpeak wif yhou."
[The demon glided over the ground with ease, melting into the shadows.]
((Purepaw and Forsaken off to the NightClan-BreezeClan border! If you want to see what's gonna happen, feel free to read (I'll be roleplaying with myself for a few minutes), but please don't interrupt. I HATE controlled events, but the first part must go undisturbed. After that, however, I'll let everyone know when someone can interrupt. It won't take long. I so sorry for controlling this, but this is really important to their storyline! ;;
Btw, if you ever need a controlled event like this, it's fine, as long as it's not a long one. biggrin ))
