While Skyeheart was mildly surprised, he did not let Yawgmoth bad disposition intimidate him. "If Lady Ziven were awake, she certainly wouldn't appreciate this rude manner to an old friend, no matter how grumpy you are at this time."

Hearing the commotion, Ziven woke and rose. As usual, she used magic to dress and freshen up while wandering downstairs. Rubbing sleep from her eyes, she tiptoed her way to the front door, cuddling up beside her love slightly as she looked past him to see Skye. Smiling, she took a step forward, greeting Skye warmly now. "Good morning, Mister Skye. It has been so long since we have last spoken. Are you well?"

"Quite well. I've been busy with my own work outside RDS borders. But I always have time for my family back at my keep. I suppose this place has become more of a retreat for me than a residence."

Yawgmoth grumbled walking away from the door as Ziven approached and began to talk to Skye. "If her kindness wasn't protecting you, you'd be dead already insect." he muttered in his grumpiness heading into their living area to sit and ignore the both of them. He loved Ziven and he hated Skye. He was not going to sit around and pretend to play nice when he'd rather have his hands around the man's neck choking the life from him.

Appearing just outside of her house, she wandered in quickly, shutting the door behind her. Throwing off her cloak, she walked in to the living area, sitting on the couch. Once there, she propped her arms on her knees, catching her face in her hands. Her long blue hair fell around her, rather hiding her. Trying to relax, she focused on nothing but breathing, trying not to let her mind wander to the bar, where she was confident she would witness a mighty fight with her mind.

A slithering puddle of black snaked under the door and once inside formed into Yawgmoth's obsidian skinned form. His pale white eyes focused onto his love. "You look upset" the titan said slowly as his skin returned to normal along with his hair color and the iris and pupil of his crimson red eyes returned. Cracking his neck he smirked. "Just a scuffle my dear. that is all. Aliator knows better than to fight us at sunset. Soon as the nightfall happens, he would lose just based on the sheer volume of darkness we would have to work with. He's not stupid." Yawgmoth remarked musingly starting to take steps towards Ziven. "We know you have reservations about this. Tell us about them. What good is being married if we cannot share what is on our minds hmmm?" he said sitting down down beside her.

"Somewhat .." she began softly, not making much of an effort to move. As he came closer to her, she felt more calm, though she would still need more time to relax completely. Dropping her arms when he sat, he would be able to see a soft blue tint, swirling on her arms.
"I understand, and I appreciate your kindness towards me so very much. Unfortunately it is my own powers that are interfering at this moment more than my concerns for your well being." she said softly, looking to him with those kind blue eyes, though her pupils had shifted from circles to slits again and on her face, around her eyes, more swirls of color, shiny and blue like her hair. "I am very protective of you, I had to leave because I would not have been able to help myself to try to protect you." she said softly, smiling for a moment.
"What is hard for me is knowing how very much I love you and that I still care for Ali and his family to be safe and well. Though .. I know what evil he has done in his life even as recently as a few months ago and I cannot ignore this fact. Even knowing that the friendship and competitive relationship between you two are dissolved .. it still feels wrong to see you fight .." she said softly, trailing off for now. It still was not in her nature to take the floor for too long when talking about any subject, even when safe at home with none but her Love.

Yawgmoth's initial reaction was to arch his left brow. Not so much at what she was saying but at the hints of the draconic features and blue skin that she was displaying. "We do not intend to kill him." he began "We made that clear in the bar only moments ago. We care not if he takes over this land. He is the only other person suited for it. Besides, we have abandoned phyrexia. We are no longer fit to bother with them. We wish to fight him for the sport of it. And so when we win. He'll know we've always been far superior. Our other stipulation for winning was that he lay his foolish hands and rules and laws off the both of us. Because we'll be damned if we serve the laws of men under anyone." Yawgmoth ended with a firm nod of his head.
"If it is the violence that will transpire during the bout well, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to console you. You know us. You know we will not back down. Not even for you, the person we hold most dear." he reminded her. She had made the choice to marry a war mongering, murdering psychopath so many years ago. And though he had calmed considerably and devoted much of his attention these days to loving her and her alone, she could not forget his true nature was always there, always would be there.

She smiled brightly, her teeth showing their change for a moment before she nodded, speaking once more. "Yes, I know. Even though I wish this were not so on so many occasions, I would not truly wish to change this in you, I will not like it when it is only you against someone else, be that someone an individual or group. For the reasons I have said so many times before, I would wish that you would fight for a people instead of yourself. And I alone am not a people but a person." she said softly, looking to him with loving eyes. "I am pleased you do not intend to kill him though I would not be surprised nor would I hold it against you if he does die. What I would be more upset over is if, somehow, he were to kill you. My Love, it matters not how strong or wise or powerful you become, there will always be a doubt in my mind, one very small doubt which I can usually brush away with ease .. yet it will always remain; the doubt of our continued peaceful life together."

Scoffing at her initial statements the titan looked away for a moment muttering "Fight for a people? Not these people. Pathetic insects. All of them save a handful unworthy to breathe the same air as us. We will not be fighting for them any time soon. Unfortunately." he reminded her of his hatred for most...everyone save her lately. "We are how shall we say, strangely confidant. Usually a fight with Aliator entails great risk. However in the bar just now, all he was able to do was throw chop sticks at us and put a bit of pressure on some joints. Joints that we were quick to remind him will not break anywhere near as easily as they used to fifteen years ago." he grinned "You see, unless hes manipulated time in a way we have. He has gained fifteen years worth of improvement. We stretched each year we were away in that void into a hundred. Eleven hundred years we were away in that void. So we seriously doubt anything that walks these grounds can compete. We did this because as we mentioned to you before, we felt we had been slacking in light of well you and love and those things. We have regained our lost ground and then some. A lot of some. While still only being away for a blink that will be our long. long. happy life together." he said in a reassuring tone towards the end to remind her he had no intention of leaving her. That one of them would have to die or she would have to leave him first.

"I remember you saying this at one point or another. I appreciate the reassurance." she said softly, smiling kindly. As she listened and spoke in return, her appearance slowly returned to normal. "It is the motherly nature in me .. I cannot help but worry, even if it is just a little. I want to keep you safe just as much as you want to keep me safe. And even though you crave a good fight, a good challenge .. I cannot help but think 'what if this is his last fight?' .. there are times I wish I could put these thoughts aside forever, but they continue to return. They likely will always return. You are the one person I care for most, I would protect you and do everything I can to ensure you are safe and happy for as long as I am able to. Slacking or not, I love you as you are."

Nodding he reached out and patted the top of her head ruffling his hand through her beautiful blue hair. "Ahhh yes. We're quite aware that if we asked to kill someone for us you'd probably do it by this point. We have asked a number of things of you that you have done. We appreciate all of them. We sometimes feel as though we do not return enough of the things you ask of us. But you always reassure us this is not the case, that you're fine. That you like the way things are between us. We do hope, that's true. For the most part." he said sliding his arm around her shoulder and tugging her into his chest. "We know sometimes you are uncomfortable with our actions. We try to help it but in cases like this we cannot. We can only offer you the reassurance that we offer now. That in the end, we will still come home drunk from power over winning and wanting to lay eyes on our beautiful blue haired angel." he remarked leaning over and kissing her on the cheek lightly. "So, we know it will be impossible but, try to put the worry out of your head. Or at least, as far into the back of your mind as you can. We will be fine. Everything will be fine. You'll see."

"For you .. I will always try my very best. And even though I may not be able to agree with everything, such as my killing by your request, know that I would now and likely forever more still hold my own standards to a situation. I am still me, I hold few alliances with anyone and there are few whom I would give my all to protect without their request to do so." she said softly, smiling sweetly again as her cheeks went pink from the attention. One thing about her that would be very, very slow to change - if ever - would be her timid nature. "Even now .. it is a wonder that we love each other this way .. that we feel this strongly for another .. that we each are our own person and accept the differences between us." she said in a sober tone, though the smile on her lips shown her desire for lighter conversation. "So .. you two will fight another day, yes? What will you do now?"

He nodded along agreeing with her words. "Whoever they are, they say opposites attract. It's a fact we thought was really well. Bullshit mostly, until we took a look at our relationship. We suppose whoever they are, they were right" he winked. "Hmm" he said taking in a breath and exhaling. "We don't know. Probably the same thing we did the night before and the night before that. Hang around here, enjoy our company with you and other things that we won't embarrass you by saying aloud." he shrugged. "Whatever you are in the mood for, we will likely oblige."

She smiled and reached up, touching his face. "Hmm, whatever shall we do?" she said softly, kissing his cheek in return now. "We shall play the favorite game of yours .. in knowing what color underwear I am wearing .." she said with a cheerful giggle.
