Meh, he was all "you should yell at sis" yesterday. But yelling is not my thing. So.... yeah sweatdrop

maybe, but only cause I was exhausted. I was actually shaking quite violently at that point in time cause I was so tired XP

You don't yell? Yelling is a good way to get rid of anger. (well your therapist won't tell you that, but it works)

I agree, and it's less painful than smashing stuff. My knuckles were bruised for two weeks after smashing my fist on my desk one day. It wasn't fun.
