Y'know, what with the Massive amounts of Force Power Jaron is bringing to the party, its a wonder how Maul, a Sith apprentice, managed to utterly kick the crap out of Qui-gon Jinn, a Jedi Master.

Qui Gon was over confident of his abilities and was killed for his arrogance. It's to bad, if he hadn't been like that Darth Vader may have never existed.

Qui-gon was anything but arrogant.
He was often times chastised by Obi-wan for being too lax, actually. Too busy looking around at the world around him, sometimes he forgot what he was really doing something for. But Qui-gon used Ataru lightsaber style, versus a juyo/djem so mix.
Qui-gon was pretty much only able to fight when he could maneuver, and he really didn't have much room when up against maul. No ability to dodge = dead ataru master.

Sometimes, i wonder why I hunt link so adamantly. It seems like he's the only one with enough guts to even stand up against the threat. Perhaps that's what drives him....

Cale Darksun I thought it was because you wanted to complete your vengeance against his master. Partially. But foresight also grants him to use you for more than just vengence against the jedi...

i have on several occasions thought of coming to your aid if you got pinned down and fighting alongside you, if the situation warranted that it was a threat to the security of the sith empire, rather than helping a jedi.
Be kind of neat, IMO.

Be kind of neat, IMO. I dont have a problem with it. My character is a Sith killing machine. In another time, he'd be the equivalent of a Jedi Shadow or Jedi Warrior.
