Laws vary alot.
For example here Killing someone in self defense is legal....if they are shorter then you.
If they are taller is isnt legal.
Just her exact situation, Whether she is legal or not, where she is from, and what your local laws on the matter are.

Well as of now I'm more concerned on getting my dad out of here. The legal aspects I'll worry about later.
mmm we kicked out my dad when I was little after figuring out he was a criminal.
We downsized Majorly and moved to this crappy a** place.
It was like....Ive seen hotel rooms bigger then it.
Basically if you are going to have a situation like that moving down to a tiny suite is going to be your best bet since though it wont be comfortable it will allow you to make more money.
(since it will be cheaper to maintain money issues will go down dramatically)
It would still be hard though for awhile.
Only reason my family recovered was......Well it wasn't uncommon to not see my mom for about 3-4 days while growing up.
She worked alot, to get out.
Nowadays we are pretty rich, but if your cutting out income downsizing and moving is going to be your best option until you can get enough money to get a new home.
