Edit: Cross smirked and leaned in and kissed Chloe's cheek, "I don't think she really minds, but since I don't want to overwhelm her, I shall take my leave..." He said bowing to her and stepping away, "But remember, if you ever need a good lover..." He smirked and left his sentence hanging.

Chloe just looked at Cross with a dazed expression, letting out small squeaks when he kissed her cheek, and she placed a hand at the spot. Her face got even redder when he bowed as well.
"I..emm...umm..Th..thank..yo..u.." She answered back, sounding meekly, not like her usual confident, cocky self at all.
She got hugged by Lenalee as well, and that made her come to her senses a bit.

Lenalee sighed, "Chloe be careful with him. You saw how he was with that Noah, he'll play that act around any woman. He doesn't care if they're dirty or not as long as they have a pretty face. You can do much better than that."
She let go of Chloe and sat down on an empty bed.

Chloe nodded, still overwhemled at what happen just earlier, then she put her hands to her face and fell on the bed. " OH GAWD!! I made an idiot out of myself..." She said muffled, too emberassed to show her face, which was as red as her highlights.
"Cho-Lee emberassed now..." She muffled out, coming out in a small childish voice.

Suddenly Cross walks really fast past the medical room's door grumbling in anger, "Damn Komui's in that direction..."

Lenalee tilted her head, damn it Cross. She leaned forward still sitting on the bed and put her hand on Chloe's shoulder smiling at her.
"There's nothing to be embarrassed about Chloe, that's just Cross for you. Cross is a master in enticing women though that's his weakness too. He can't say no to a pretty face. So keep that in mind."

Chloe stiffened up when Cross ran by and she let out a sigh she didn't know she was holding when he passed.
Chloe lifted her head a bit now, looking at Lenalee with embarassed eyes. "Heh....I'm..not used to that kind of stuff...I get treated like a guy back where I'm from..so this is just..too much to take in at once.." She explained, letting out a nervous chuckle.
"I bet that 'saying no to a girl' thing will come in handy sometimes..." She added on, her voice going back to its joking tone.

"Oh it is. That's the only reason he's back at the Order. And don't let Jerry hear you say that your treated as a guy. He'll just train you in womanly ways...like he did me."
She laughed and then frowned when Cross mentioned her brother being close by. Where was the Matron at?

Chloe gave a small laugh, "Nah, its okay..I'm used to it." She replied, a playful smile on her face. "Although I do wonder about Jerry..." She let that thought hang on and ponder for a bit..then came back down to earth.
"Well....that was interesting..now what we do?" She asks the crowd, open to suggestions.

Lenalee looked around the room and saw a deck of cards. She walked over and picked up the cards, "How about a game of cards?"

Chloe looked at the cards, she's only played here and there, nothing special, she got the gist of the game but she doesn't know any uber cool cheating techniques like her other buddies.
"Hell I'm game..although I slightly suck." She said, giving her a smile and pulls up closer, so she can play.

Chloe looked at Lavi with a strange look. "I've heard Willy talk about that game..." She smiled, although a familiar pang hit her heart when she mentioned her old friend, it quickly went away though.
"Well..I dunno...Lenalee??" She asks, looking at her if she wants to play...Odds are that he'll try to cheat his way so we'll be the ones stripping...damn Lavi. She said in her mind, although letting a small smile on her face.
