Old Man KB Oh come on. You know I love me some impulse break. I have pictures in my PB dedicated to you, baby. ...But Acro, he's just... too stupid to lose. honestly I haven't seen the youtube video on it in years. One man, a monstrous pile of concrete, and like 6 seconds of video time. He placed his hand above the stones, paused, and like a fraction of a second later they all cracked down. It was even better than jackie chan and the egg. Saw that movie today btw. the Kung Fu kid. The kids are way too young for some parts but Smith's kid does some crazy tricking.

Was it good? It looked like it could be okay.
Aside from movies, yeah, the scientific premise of an impulse break is sound... but using it in combat would be incredibly difficult, if not impossible. I can see why you might get irked since basically everyone else's moves are basically implausible or impossible, but I guess it's just the fact that the impulse break is too strong.
On an unrelated note, it's the first round and I've already beaten two opponents. BRING IT ON!

For the record I've only omitted recognition of one attack from my opponent and that was entirely unintentional and later fixed. I omitted it because I thought she was reciting an attack she had previously done, since she had a lot of comments about attacks she had committed to in the past.

The movie has some really strong moments you would want to be able to rewind and play again, in terms of acrobatics. The 'Americans in Communism Land' feel was pretty strong and eerie for me though - Soldiers standing next to the elementary school and giant Red star thingies in the auditorium. Coming from a "Red Dawn" generation, I can say this was much creepier for me than it might be for others. On an unrelated note, I get the feeling my opponent will fight to the death, and I've been holding back considerably, which puts me in a strange bind, since I don't think my opponent will acknowledge a TKO.
