Holy crap.
That totally did not suck.
About ******** time. Not enough is done about the Dawn of Air to Air combat, back when being an Ace meant something.
Snoopy's probably going to boycott it though.
He and Richthofen have a bit of a history.

It looks like they'll have the Baron in the Albatros D.V for most the of the film... That's about right, he scored most of his kills in it.
I wonder if they'll be badgering Udet about his big red heart, and having the audacity to put his fiance's initials on the plane in big white letters.

Considering that debate has been going on forever... I don't mind the Canadian getting the kill. It's more dramatic if he's shot down by another plane than by a bunch of infantrymen with rifles.
They are apparently including Richtofen's earlier wounding... To think the guy survived a machine gun bullet to the back of the head.
Ouch.
