"Eh...I have to thank Saffron for that. I'm a certified medic." Jack told her.
He released his friend Riolu and he jumped into his lap. "Man I really need to get my next rank." He told his little blue Pokemon.

"I...didn't mean medically," she said with a small grin, sticking her tongue out playfully. Houndour looked at the pokemon in his lap, Adie's eyes looking at the pokemon as well before they traveled back to Jack to gauge his reaction.

Jack's eyes widen. "W-what do you m-mean?" He asked, turning slightly to hide his blush. Riolu giggled and danced around. He hopped into Adie's lap and looked at Houndor.

Houndour reached out, prodding the pokemon with her paw as Adelle laughed at Jack's embarrassment. It was kind of cute.
"Oh come on, it doesn't take a genius to know what you were going to say before Sammy fell asleep. There is no reason to be embarrassed about it," she said with a grin. She reached out, patting his pokemon on the head as she gave houdnour a soft flick on the ear.
"You behave," she said to the pokemon, already seeing her scheme to get Adie's full lap back. Her pokemon were a little like her...they had a sharing problem.

Riolu grinned at the Houndor and stuck his tongue out.
Jack blushed more. "Yeah well..." He coughed.

Houndour looked a little taken aback that the other pokemon would stick it's tongue out at her. Scowling slightly, the pokmeon reached out, pushing it off Adie's lap with her paw before rolling her eyes. As her eyes traveled up to her mistress, she caught the glare coming from Adie's green eyes, and slunk back slightly into her lap.
"Oh, quit being so modest. She needs to know how much you care about her. Right now, it might save her life," she said after looking up from the small war on her lap. Picking up Houndour, she set her on the floor, giving her a little push with her foot towards Riolu. The two of them needed to make friends.

Jack sighed. "Yeah I guess so." He looked at Riolu.
Riolu looked at Houndor and walked up and patted the Pokemon.

Adie's smile seemed to wane slightly as she looked at him.
"Is everything ok? Am I talking too much about things that aren't my business again? I do that sometimes," she said with a small sigh, tossing her ponytail over her shoulder as she looked away from him towards the two pokemon on the floor. Houndour allowed herself to be pet on the head, reaching out and licking the other pokemon gently on the cheek before leaping up into Adie's lap once more, laying down.

Jack shook his head. "I'm just tired." He told her.
Riolu smiled and watched the Houndour.

"Yea, I know the feeling. You should get some sleep. It was a long day for everyone," she said, reaching over and laying a gently hand on his knee. She gave him a quick pat before returning her hands to their primary task now-a-days: stroking Houndour's soft fur. The dog pokemon's eyes closed in content as she felt things return to normal with her mistress, peeking through one eye at Riolu on the ground.

Jack rubbed his eyes and yawned. "I'm going to bed. See you tomorrow Adie." Jack told her.
"You can play with Riolu if you want. He's really playful and nice. And...dance-y >_>." He told her.

Adie smiled and gave him a small wave as he said he was going to bed.
"Night! Sleep tight!" He disappeared and she looked down at Riolu, picking up Houndour and setting her down on the ground.
"I'm going to bed too. You know behave yourselves, ok?" She stepped around the two, heading to her room where she left the door cracked. No doubt Houndor would come in for bed when she was ready.

"British people are weird." Jack said out loud as he walked into the HQ. "X_X I'm the only one here." He muttered.

Sammy walked in with a trash bucket slung in her arm. "Ugh... I hate taking sick days....V.V" she sighed.
