Just one really. When I click the rp academy in the newbie guild it tells me I am not authorized. Have things changed since the newbie guide was made? I also read I would have to go to the perspective village I would like to join. Kiri, but I see no profile template or such in the village sub forum. Or I am just reading it all wrong? 0.o needles to say I am baffled scream My path to death and decay is at a standstill.

kouri-chan_xx System of a Pwn So I pretty much gotta choose between Oto and Kiri then it sounds like if I want someone to RP with. xD I don't know which I would want to join. I've never RP'd in either village, but Oto just seems... Eh. Might go for Kiri then. xD That was the right answer heart Haha jk. Talk to a few people before making your choice smile Though I am from Kiri I think that Oto currently has more students (so more people for your character to RP with). I shouldn't be saying that since Kiri needs more students... but.... eh! lol

Not quite, when your training your DC is always 10 + whatever your training.
for example my Character Shinzu. His str mod is +8 so if I wanted to train his strength I would have to beat a DC of 18. To do that I would have to roll at least a ten. It works the same with skills as well, if I wanted to train his Taijutsu (36) I would have to beat a DC of 46, 10 + 36 = 46.
Jutsu are slightly different, in that the DC for each stage is fixed, usually around 10 more then the bare minimum requirements. However yout can boost the DC up so as to get a skill/stat point as well as learn the technique.
Edit: Wehn it comes to beating a fixed DC you simply have to Roll a d20, as you did, and then add whatever Stat modifier/Skill it requires. If you beat or otherwise meet that DC you succeed in your action.

I think I understand a bit clearer so lets say I have a dc of 10 and I'm training dex I add in the Stat mod lets say dc of 13(3dex). So I roll a dice and if I get a 10 and add in my stat mod its a 13 so I meet it or if I get an 11+3=14 I beat it and I may bask in my awesomeness. But you add the stat mod into both in this situation at least.

Now, I want to woo my classmates so we got our base DC of 10 +2 per level= 12. But I got 5 points in Diplomacy does that make it a dc of 17?
