I know what you mean, some of the other girls don't even belong there..like Kelly Kelly, her job is to pretty much stand there and dance like a cheap prostitute for the male demographics.

yeah, especially when she did that dance off with Candice Michelle, Candice looked like a professional while Kelly was pretty much like a lost little lamb compared to her. How did she even get a job there? She shouldn't even be wrestling, she should be in bars doing wet T-Shirt contests or something..

Ah, John Laurunitis, aka Johnny Ace. He's one of the higher ups who suck up to the McMahons, mainly Stephanie and Vince. He probably saw her in a stripper bar dancing and thought "hey..she looks like a total skank..she's hired!"
