"Thanks....Than.."The boy giggled a little before npticing Pet.He didn't know much about Pet,but he didn't seem to tell people to do things unless he had a reason.Not to mention the forest looked safe enough."Uhh..heya!We were lookin' for you and Kai......Hmm...wait..where's Kai?Don't tell me she's off after demons again..silly lady." The boy stuck his tongue out a bit.He was amused by the thought of Kai scaring away a bunch of little creatures with some light.

yes kai is a very..very silly lady.. *He pats the boy's head and looks up at Than* you have no right to stop her*he hisses softly for only Than's ears to pick up*

*Than growled lightly, thinking*.... chikuso. Gomen Nasai KB-san... I have to go! *He promptly pulled his hand away from KB and started bolting off. His seven wings appeared in a flurry of feathers. He was obviously going to take off for the citadel*

"Than!!!!What's going on!!!!" KB bolted after Than as fast as he could.Than was bigger than him though,and now he was flying.KB's little wings beat rapidly as he tried to gain flight but was still unable.He'd chase after Than until he was out of sight,which at this rate wouldn't take long.

*Pet sighs and charges, his dragon wings burst from his back with a roar, he picks up the boy and sets him on his shoulders, his tail snaps forwards to slam Than into the earth* don't test me boy !

I promise I'll explain later KB-san! Right now I have to.... *His eye widened as Pet's figure launched into the air. The tail slams right into the middle of Than's back and makes him plummet to the ground* AAAAHHH! *he hit the ground hard and is shaken up. Ignoring his pain for now, he turned to look up at Pet* Let me go! Onegai! I have every right to protect my own home and my friend!

The boy thought for a moment.He knew Than's house,his father had been sure to have him know.He didn't know much of it,only a few streets of the shiny place.How to get there from where he was wasn't too difficult.All he had to do was somehow evade pet.
Taking advantage of the situation,KB tried to push off and spring off Pet's shoulders.With the added height his wings would be able to carry him off quickly towards the citadel to help Kai,who seemed to be in trouble.Everything seemed right,he was ready for flight.Theoretically.

as do I ! you won't be any help to her out there ! and if you go there only to fight against her I will not let you go !.. and KB, lady kai will be most angry if you are hurt in any way *he lands with a thump, his one hand snaps out to catch the boy's ankle*

If that's how you feel then why are you letting her die!!? *Than was furious at Pet's hypocrisy, as he stood* You say you want to help her yet you let her go to her death!! If she's your friend would you really let her throw away her own life like this!!? Iie.... My father won't kill her, don't you realize that!? He would be able to tell she wants to die! She'll be his shield from the BC! *Than takes off again, lurching into the air and heading towards the citadel. He was scared for Kai now.... not scared that she would die, but actually that she wouldn't*

"Ack!!!!" The boy's ankle was grabbed by Pet,causing KB to come crashing to the ground.He lay there for a moment,catching his breath as he watched Than lurch away."Damnit!!!No fair!!" Clearly the boy was mad that Than might get away, and he wouldn't get a chance to fight.
