Ace of clubs looked back from her preparations, eight seemed to be ready "Try to keep the bleeding at the minimum" she said smiling, eight would need to take on account the weakened state of the patient if he didn't want to loose her.

Maria finished sewing Patches up, a wide grin on her lips. "There! All better!"
"Whatever.." Patches grumbled, quite embarassed by the fact that he got burned by the ditsy Maria of all people!
"Quit whining, Patches! It's no fun having you around if all your going to do is mope!" Maria pouted as she said this, clearly not liking Patches' attitude towards her all that much.  Even then, I still lost to icecream. You

Ten looked thoughtful for about a minute, her mind searching for answers.
"I have heard about it from an aquaintance of mine. Noticing that there are some oddities in the suit system and us having the same opinion on it, I have made my choice to join the resistance." she said, smile fading away, replaced by a serious look upon her face.
Eight nodded, "Ah...I see, Miss Ace..." he said, gazing at the 'lab rat'.

Raven turned to Ashle. "Ashle dear, if you don't mind, may I have a look at that crest?"
A girl from the Gryphon family? That is indeed strange.
Siyu tightened his lips, running after Shinsei.
What could he possibly need?
"Shinsei," he whispered, seizing him by the wrist. "What is it?"
Gestalt slipped on a rubber glove after giving his wounds a good long stare.
"Save her," he said nonchalantly. "I am more interested in how effective medications and antidotes are. To me, there is no use in researching one who has died."
Victor remained silent. Certainly, Nobody had made a good point about the Ten of Hearts. She always seemed loyal to him, but her motives were always vague. Perhaps she knew more than he knew.

Nobody couldn't help the smile at Ten's serious look and her generic response, she was good, he'll grant her that, and cornering her in front of so many people would do no good for the organization, in the face of many of the members he was just a kid with money, and a coward one at that because he was unwilled to lend them manpower so if he pushed too far ten could easily turn the tables on him, it was better to give it a rest for the time being "I would love to meet this acquaintance of yours, i am sure he or she informed you of the resistance not only for your breath taking looks" he said getting up "But unfortunately i am not here to chat with you miss ten, no matter how lovely you are" he added with a small courtesy "I am a busy person so if the purpose of the meeting are not going to be displayed soon Mr caterpillar i would like to excuse myself until the evening, i have a special delivery for you but i am afraid under the current circumstances it can only be made in front to of you and Mr Hatter" Nobody said looking at caterpillar, caterpillar looked exhausted and he was not mad or exasperated but he couldn't be toying with delicate matters in an open place like this, even if ten was not an spy someone from the suits could very well be hiding among the bushes.
"As you order sir" she said smiling and finishing the preparation of the shot that would affect the gene infrastructure of the new boy, she had decided it would be better to inject the disease in the boy since the girl could very well die on Eights hands, which would be a waste of bacteria, she gazed at eight and added "I am not giving you instructions eight, i want to see your capabilities so get busy already"
Marcie just sighed, hadn't the Ghrypons been missing for about 20 years now? maybe this was where they had hidden, the mockturtle would be rather annoyed if he found out.

(sorry took so long to respond...I have a b*tc**ng headache right now gonk It is terrible...just when I needed to review for my math exams...I might let Eight respond later, seeing I need further research on surgical matters idea )
Ten's smile resurfaced, taking mental notes on Nobody.

Jackie walked through the rose garden, it had been so long since she had been free from the Jack of Hearts responsibilities she had almost forgotten how it felt to have a free day, maybe she should visit Elizabeth at the infirmary? it would be fine but the sun on her pale skin felt rather nice, she never went out that much, not even when she was small... mmm... why was she able to remember when she was small? didn't she just had the ZIP shot some days ago? maybe it was loosing it's effects after so many times it had been injected? interesting... should she make a report on that?
((aww... i would hug you lyka but that might make your headache worse... I'll be here a couple hours though smile ))

As far as I know, this place is relatively safe. I changed our meeting place in private . . . unless I was watched and the Suits were alerted of my new hiding place. He looked young, probably no older than sixteen years old. Many of the Suits had died young and a great number of them were much younger than sixteen. The Jack of Diamonds didn't want to recruit anyone lower than twelve years of age, such a perfect age to madden someone for life.

(Dane Cook is a miracle...no, srsly...started watching his vids, then my headache got better all of a sudden LOL laughter is the best medicine, as they say xp )
"Ah...of course, Ace, Sir. Please excuse me too, I have yet to see Eight of Clubs for a medicinal herb I found yesterday." she smiled, bowing to the Ace.
"Infrared can detect body heat, even if we can't see the person radiating it. If we use that, we'll be able to find the cat." Shinsei chuckled, entering his room, going straight to the drawers and finding his infrared goggles.
(LOL I can think of other uses for that *awesome face*

Ace of clubs chuckled slightly "this is a congenital disease sir, usually the boy would have need to be born with it, i will accelerate the process as much as i can but it will still take a few months at least" why was Jack of clubs in such a hurry "I also want to see if the girl survives before deciding on who to inject this" She said raising the syringe that was already prepared
Nobody smiled "something for the resistance but the instructions can't be trusted to everyone, my carriage will be on this same spot at 5 pm, would that be all right with you?" He didn't want to set a meeting place, discussing things while moving would be the best.
((i bet the video is even funnier with sound but it was fun all the same))

"That sounds fine to me," Victor said with a gentle smile. "You are a logical person, Your Majesty."
Victor enjoyed having Nobody on his side. Perhaps he was taking a risk, putting the White King's life in danger, but Nobody had chosen this and swore loyalty to the resistance. His power and logic would certainly prove useful to him.
Siyu smirked. "Intelligent," he said. "Still, what makes you think the Cheshire Cat would be hiding here? This is a very dangerous place for outsiders."
Gestalt knew this was a slow disease, but he had to be quick. He had to find the Ace of Hearts soon. Jack was upset with him for sparing his life and if he found out the Ace of Hearts ran off, Gestalt would certainly be punished more. The pain in his hand returned, stinging and pulsing through what was supposed to be his flesh. Jack wouldn't kill Gestalt; he was far too useful for the Jack of Diamonds. Still, he wouldn't hesitate to punish him once more.
Gestalt would do all he could with the Ace of Clubs and would have to depart quickly. Once he seized the Ace of Hearts, the botulinum was going straight through his neck.
"Hm, you're right, Ace," he responded, hardly phased by what the Ace of Clubs had said. "Then we will let Eight do what he must."
