Beans was sitting outside of an ice cream parlor, enjoying a scoop of rocky road topped with a scoop of vanilla bean.
Without missing a lick of his ice cream, Beans flipped open his phone, still watching the traffic go by. His car was parked more than a block away - it was crowded in front of the parlor.
"This is Beans. Talk to me," he greeted generically.

Sami blinked.
"When did I say that?" She asked. "I hate when guns are pointed AT me, yeah, but they've saved my life more than once." She shrugged. "I'm sure everyone hates guns, but you use them anyway because they can protect you when nothing else can - when no one else will." She sighed. "They are your guardians... when you're all by yourself. You can hate them, sure. But you can't live without them once they save your life."

Rose was quick, "It's Rose, I'm safe, Anthony is with me plus guest. Be at the city zoo in half an hour and I'll be able to talk easy."
she hung up and handed Anthony back his phone.
She looked over to Sami, "You're a lier."

Anthony rolled his eyes.
((no, her phone didn't blow up. she used it to call Arthur but Anthony took it away from her and tossed it on the floor of the safehouse))

sereniy_eyes Angel sighed impatiently, "Then I'd let you up, thank you for the bike, and show you the door." he also added, "Then you can spend time this that missurable man you've ignored for more of you time together and leave me in peace for a change since I met you." And you're still dodging the question...
Tiffany challenged. She grinned, now trying to get up evasively.

Angel sighed, "Then I'd be forced to kiss you and then kick your a** out for hitting me with a frying pan." He quickley pinned her down again, "Now answer my question."

Sami's expression didn't change.
She slammed the car to a stop, twisting it to the side of the road and unlocking the door.
"If you're going to call your chaperon a liar, they're going to quit," she stated simply. "Get out of my car. I don't like being falsely accused when I'm trying to help."

Tiffany's eyes narrowed, and she pursed her lips.
"Oh come on.." She said, trying again to get up.
"It's just my way of showing affection." mused Tiffany with a grin.
She quickly tried to roll over.

Rose gritted her teeth and let out a low frustrated sighed, "I'm....I'm sorry Sami.. You've done nothing of suspect." She bit her lip and spoke truthrully, "I've on edge and don't know who to trust right now...but that's no excuse to act like a b***h to you...I'm sorry."

Sami looked over her shoulder to study Rose for a moment, her expression dark.
There was silence for a moment as she gazed at the other woman.
"Two scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream."

She asked him meekly. Tiffany kissed him on the cheek and now attempted to stand.
