I like it. Although the tail seems tobe completely out of theme with this avatar. EDIT: That was for that other perosn x.x

It's less than okay, IMO. Although it's off to a nice start (the rainbow sox/belt) it lacks consistency and flow. Maybe, if you added something rainbow-y in the top part of your avvy, or something more colorful at least, to continue the rainbow thing you've got going it might help a bit. Also a pair of black shoes for some stability, so as to balance out the black of your hair and skirt.
