Oomizu nodded lightly to Maverick as she flew over and reached her hands in. "Sure thing. Easy thing to do once you find the right wires and all. All we really have to worry about is if the wires are melted or something like that from when they were shooting the lasers at each other... Found them! Alright, hold on a minute..." she watched carefully as she tried to rewire it so that it would play a video back.
((Up to you what the results are, Mav. xd ))
Scout watched Oomizu axiously when he heard the Medic. He looked around and shrugged lightly as he took his cap off so he could scratch the top of his head before he put it back on. "Who knows... Maybe they got the respawn points like we do at home or somethin'?"

Medic wanted to simply scoff and call the Scout a moron. However... This was a different world. They had much more advanced technology. While they were impressed with his Medigun, it wasn't entirely outside the realm of possibility for them to have a respawn system in place. "Zhat could be vone explanation..." he conceded. "But I doubt it is zhe case."

The video screen flipped on. and data started streaming through it. shortly after a static screen placed forth what seemed to be a standard greetingmaverick looked at the screen.... " Ok.. that was way weird... why does the computer sound like that?"Croix blinked... " It looks like there might be a virus infection on the servers of this starbase.... unless thats how its supposed to look. must of been a cyber attack along with a all out assult that may of been responsible here..."

((In other news; MY BRAIN HURTS. God I hate headaches.))
Spy took note of what was on the different levels. Where they were was the "Healing Suites?" Research laboratories were on the second level, department of maintenance on three, storage cells on level four, flight deck on five (why hadn't they docked on the flight deck?), level six was crew and executive rooms, seven had systems engineering, security department on level eight, level nine had the bridge, and energy systems on level... R? Probably stood for Restricted. Well, they needed to get to the elevator, it sounded like. Which way was Alpha Quadrant?
((I figured some people might like having that written down. xp ))
Research laboratories? That certainly caught the Medic's interest. What sort of research would a place like this carry out? With only one level separating that and the med ward, could there be any medical studies going on?

Soap looked over to the viewing screen, and looked a little dismayed. "Hmm, that's got to be one of the wierdest operating systems i've ever seen. But thankfully, I've got a special little device that can hack into the system. If you want, I can get maps of the entire station." He proposed, keeping his rifle up to watch for anything that may come along.

Maverick looked at Soap "Hey that sounds like a good idea... but maybe " he said as he punched in a few letters into the computer. "Lets see Help... and display map... there you go!"
he smirked "Simple help commands got to love basic computing skills" he grinned

Medic looked the simple map over. "Biohazard und radiation?" What a perfect time to test if the Medigun could effectively heal radiation poisoning! Although he seriously doubted he would get a volunteer... Then he noticed something else about the map. "I don't see zhe elevator on zhis."
Spy stayed silent, stayed invisible. Why was the map marked with the location of security cards, but not with the location of the elevator? Nothing was labeled like how he would expect it to be. The rooms weren't marked to say what purpose they served... Hell, there wasn't even any bathroom locations indicated. It was like the map was made for people trying to explore the ruins of a station, instead of helping the people working here get around...

Maverick examined the map as well... "Hmmm so we might run into potental life threating areas.... oh..." he noticed something next to the cyberspace station "This room is a different color thats not labled on the map key...its kinda a goldish color... so i think we should head that way... it looks like this map is a security map... so i doubt we will get more info out of it then what is displayed...."
Croix nodded "We should keep moving then, so we can disable this laser and get back.... i think we should either get to the 8th level or head straight to the reactor room... "

Spy was instantly repulsed. The thing looked almost human... What sorts of torture did that poor b*****d have to endure to end up looking like that?
Medic, on the other hand, was intrigued. Well, now he knew what was one result of what might be going on in the research laboratories. "Do you zhink ve could capture vone?" he asked, perhaps a bit too eagerly. "It vould be fascinating to see how zhis creature came to be!"
