Ivy opened her eyes and saw how worried Raziel was, and she slipped a hand from beneath the blanket she had wrapped around herself and she rested her wrist on the edge of the coffin she was in and took hold of Raziel's hand in here, squeezing as tightly as she could, but it was a very very weak squeeze.

Cain unleashed a flurry of electricity, like a raging storm without the clouds. The android was hit full force, and that left it disorientated and spazzing a little. It was everywhere, and our little mortal heroes couldn't possibly take all those watts of power and still stand up.
Did Cain win this time?

Lilly let out a cry of pain before she was sent flying into a wall from the electric charge Cain had unleashed. She hit the wall, unconscious as could be.

"Lilly!" D said in concern for the girl, as he ran to her. But his heroic effort was short lived when the flurry of electricity hit him. He cried out before going down, sparking and sizzling.
Quickly getting back up D shook his head. That had sent his mind wheeling. Retreat.. just retreat! D shouted to Dag in his mind. We need to leave, grab the others and leave. Ill get Lilly and Vincent. You grab Hector and Victor. D said to Dag.

Vlad had scrambled into the Cycle before the flurry of electricity had been unleashed. Wolfy was just behind him in the seat, so both had luckily avoided the storm. The rubber on the Vehicle had kept the two safe from harm. But Cain was still at large. They needed to escape. They needed to get out of here!
Once the flurry of Cains attack was over Vlad jumped from the Vehicle and ran to Vincents side. He hulled the boy to his feet and dragged him back to the Cycle Wolfy was in.
"Time to go! Time to go!" Vlad said in a panic as he shoved Vincent into the Cycle.

The carriage came to a halt at length and the cat girl opened the carriage door. Raziel picked up Ivy and brought her inside the old womans abode. The woman knew they had been coming and had already set up a bed for Ivy to lay on.
"Let me look at her deary." She said as she shoved Raziel aside. She lifted up Ivys shirt and placed a hand as well as a ear to Ivys stomach. The womans eyes were fogged white, common for a blind person..

Ivy laid as still as she could on the table that she was now on. When her shirt was lifted and the woman's hand and ear were on her stomach, she was shaking a little, trying to keep control of the shaking as best she could so as not stardle the woman or make her think otherwise, but maybe the woman already knew what was going on.

Hector managed to recover from that, and sharply whistled, the empty Cycles reacting. They charged at Cain, making a great distraction. Even with his demonic strength, he couldn't deny the power and speed of the incredible machines, plus coupled with their ramming armor makes them all the more deadly.
The android managed to kickstart itself again after that electrical outburst, giving the children cover while they made their escape.

D grabbed Lilly and carried her to another cycle. "Dag, come on! Hector, grab Victor and lets go!" D said as he started up the Cycle.. one problem he couldnt reach the pedals..

Vlad found himself in the. same predicament, so after he had started the thing up he started shaking and slapping Vincent and Wolfy awake. One of them would have to help him...
"Wake up we need to get the ******** all Hell out of here!" Vlad shouted at them.

The old woman listened hard and good for awhile before she stood up shakily and nodded. "Shell be fine. I have just the remedy for you.." She said before she shuffled away, she was after all very old. "Just stay there deary." She said before she disappeared behind a corner.
Some rustling in the kitchen was heard before the woman came back with a cup of hot.. something. Shaking and spilling some of the liquid she offered it to Ivy and smiled.
"Your little boy is a restless one. But no need to worry. Drink this, youll be fine and so will he. Just caught a little something is all. Stress in the family maybe? Well it doesnt matter drink this and before you leave here youll be feeling good as new deary." The wold woman said as she shoved the liquid in Ivys face practically.

Dag grabbed both Hector and Victor, tossing them in. He followed D, no surprise, and helped him out with that. Soon everybody was in a Cycle. Vincent was already up, having been only stunned by the sudden storm. He helped Vlad out.
The android followed them, and so did the empty Cycles.

Ivy took the cup gently from the woman and drank the whole think, sipping it at first, making an odd face, whatever was in it made it taste horrible but Ivy wasn't going to complain, after a few more sips, Ivy downed the rest of it and handed the cup back to the woman.
"Thank you, what can we do to repay for the trouble?" Ivy said softly and kindly to the woman. Ivy wasn't going to leave without paying the woman back some how.

"Oh nothing, nothing. Really.. well.." The old woman said as she looked out the window. "If you could get that handsome brother of yours to come visit me then that would be lovely. But i wont count on it with his personality." The old woman cackled before smiling to Ivy.
"Raise and love your child. Thats all that i require." The old woman said with a nod. '

Vlad spun the Cycle around and when Vincent floored the gas pedal Vlads Cycle took off. He guided it through the temple and to the entrance. Slipping through that it seemed like they were home free, but Vlad wasnt going to breath easy yet..

D did the same after he made a quick run to grab his weapons...
He was following behind his father, the droid behind him and the other cycles behind them.

Ivy smiled and chuckled a little.
"I will do both even if I have to drag my brother here myself. Should I bring my father along as well?" Ivy stopped shivering and she started to slowly sit up, not getting off the table yet, but she did have a slight headache now.

"If he remembers a old hag like me. Then yes of course. Just let him know Edna said Hello." Edna said with a wrinkly old smile.
"You must take it easy from now on deary. And get lots of blood you cant afford to starve yourself at this stage in the pregnancy. What im sure happened is your body mistaking the baby as a foriegn object and was trying to get rid of it. but dont worry the thing you drank will help your body straighten that out. Though a side effect is a nasty little headache. Some blood will take care of that though..." Edna said before she disappeared again and shuffled off to find some blood.
She had some stored in her fridge, yeah strange lady. She came back to Ivy and handed her a blood packet. "Many of these you must drink many of these. Your feeding for two now." she said with a smile.
"Thank you so much for your help Miss Edna." Raziel said in relief.

A wall of a shadow-y substance exploded upward, blocking the exits from the temple. They were stuck inside.

Ivy took the blood packet gently from the woman and opened it, drinking it slowly and the headache was soon gone once Ivy had finished the first packet, she then took out another from her jacket, opened it, and drank it slowly as well.
"Thank you Mrs. Edna, i will make sure that both D and my father come here to see you, if they don't remember you, I'll bring them here myself."
Ivy then carefully slipped off the table, holding onto Raziel's shoulder to keep her balance.

"Brakes!" Vlad called out before the Cycle came to a stop. His head just sank against the steering wheel and he closed his eyes. Their escape had been cut off.. just when he thought they had hope..
He had been a fool to think they would have gotten out this time. Tears started to fall, Vlad was losing his will to fight. This was just hopeless..

D on the other hand wasnt ready to give up. Child or not he fired the rockets from his Cycle among a few other things to see if they couldnt destroy what was in front of them.

"Good good then. Take care now deary." Edna said as she saw the two to the door, a smile on her face.
"Thank you again Miss. Edna. Your help is greatly appreciated." RAziel said with a smile to Edna. He only got a nod in return and a shoo out the door. Raziel helped Ivy the whole way to the carriage. "How do you feel?"

Ivy held onto Raziel's arm and rested her head on his shoulder.
"I feel tired, and in need of a nap, and wanting a massage and a good hot shower. Otherwise, I'm okay."
