"Just fine, hm?" asked Ike. Fine was a word that if left alone in a sentence that anwsered the question of how's Aqua been, would mean something wasn't being brought to his attention.
On the TV, a field reporter was talking to a scientist on the gravely slope of Mt. Chimney. '-as the Pokemon haven't been out and about lately." the scientist finished a statement. "If there isn't a natural explanation, could human intervention be the culperate?" asked the reporter. The scientist shrugged. Ike swiftly thought '...Team Magma hasn't come back, have they?' He hoped not, and continued to watch.

Jack was leaning on the couch, behind Ike watching the story. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" He asked Ike.

"Yep," Sammy replied to Mr. Ike, while looking up and seeing Jack. "Jack~ What's up?" She asked, cocking her head to the side.

Jack looked up at the ceiling. "I'm guessing the moon by now." He said, a very weak joke. "But seriously, nothing."

"Well, it's good that the moon is up... If it wasn't up, we'd be in trouble," Sammy commented, chuckling.

Ike glanced up at Jack. "I'm thinking of a lot of things." he replied.
"-until then, the strange, weak earthquakes will continue to harass the people of Lavaridge Town. This is Jay Greenborough, Mt. Chimney, Hoenn." the reporter signed off. The TV screen went back to Gabby in the studio. "Thanks Jay. We turn our attention to Fortree City where Monday's windstorm left some fallen trees and some impressive stories." They then went to some shots of Fortree City from the sky. Nothing was really visable but trees as a different reporter when on with his story. "We've all heard our share of stories evolving young trainers, but this one really deserves the upmost attention and respect as four young trainers stood together to defend the small town's pokemon from the winds-"
Ike yawned.

"Should we go check it out?" Ginji asked as he motioned towards the TV, it sounded interesting.

"Aww, poor trees..." Sammy frowned, looking at the news about Fortree. She wasn't one for cutting down trees, or having them fall down. "Suckish weather."

Jack frowned and looked at the screen. "Tree's falling, Earthquakes for no reason. I don't think this is Mother Nature's doing..."

"We could." Ike told Ginji. "A bit dark, but that shouldn't matter."
"-I just kept telling my partner Butterfree to use Gust and counter the winds." a trainer spoke into a microphone another reporter was holding up to him. "Has your Butterfree ever seen winds like these?" asked the reporter. "You kidding me? We've been through tougher stuff than this! That's why I knew we could do something to help." replied the trainer.

"Hey, Mr. Ginji!" Sammy greeted, just now seeing him standing there. "Ms. Maddy has been looking for you," she stated, before looking to Mr. Ike. "That sounds exciting," she said bluntly. She had been thinking about her.... plans lately, and she wanted to see if she could pull one of them off.

"Ppsf. Apocalypse." Ike snorted. "You know how many of those we've been through? World hasn't ended yet." he joked.
Hoenn TV News was done with their story in Fortree and had gone to commercial.
