The Purian council is actually just hollys.
The unimportant people who don't matter more than to create atmosphere are sharable.
The Five Chormatics (Wizards) are gone.
Zhap, Laurence, Bertha, Kyp, Izlude, arn't important
The Dwarf king is sitting at his table/laying on his table.
Fin/Lore are in the Barracks,
Jiscal is sitting with Zeranda,
Holly's Dragon Riders are somewhere,
Holly's Jackleweres are plotting near Eliot
Warren is somewhere in the open,
Onyx and Aella are on the dance floor,
Celeste, Elric, Cedric, and baby Tarathiel are at thier table,
Gil, Axe and Vine are at the main entrance,
THe majority of the audiance are either sitting at their table, or dancing or buffet
Piper is at her table
Malik is talking to Warren's Dad at the Purian table,
Hall Monitors are residing in the Barracks, but I am not sure I am allowed to do anything with them.
I think that is everyone.
Oh, I think Lunar Dawn left, but I don't remember.
EDIT
Trem Bowl is at the Buffet.

Its like Prom, but with nobles.
The Guest list comprises of individuals that you could have sought out for conversation or whatever.
Don't feel inclined to do so, they are only there as filler.

Piper isn't a very social creature anyway. Kinda like a table decoration really...just sits there until someone wants to come look or what not.
