Jack sat up and felt bad. "Wow...I doubt it was your fault the ship sank. Also...it isn't your fault your dad died. Is that why you want to die? To see your father?" Jack asked her.

Ginji sat in silence. It was difficult remembering old wounds. He wondered how Sammy caused a ship to sink, but that wasn't important now. "He died saving you. A death any father would want. It doesn't make the pain go away, but to want to make his sacrifice obsolete, it's so sad." he said as he started to cry.

Sammy had managed not to cry; her irises had just turned lime green like they did when she was sad. "....Sort of...." She mumbled as she answered Jack's question, sinking deeper into her arms. "I must look like a whimp to you guys," she laughed mildly.

Sammy took out the pill bottle and finished off the rest of it, returning it to her pocket. "Well, can you, uh... Not tell anyone? Pwease?" She begged.

"Okey-dokey... I didn't mean to make your day bad," she apologized, looking down at the ground. She knew that she wanted, more than anything, to see her daddy again. Daddy! She heard her own voice screech like she had the night of the crash. It sent a quick shiver down her spine.
