Say Kouri, I'm hoping that, as the former 2nd seat in Oto, it can be revived.
I know it may take a while, and of course it'll be under the new harsh regime of the Otobe for a bit, but I actually think that it might help produce some pretty interesting story opportunities. Is there anyone at present in the guild who would capable of taking charge of such an undertaking? Being the Otobe regime Otokage, that is.
I would be happy to fill in the position temporarily, but I'm much more suited to be someone's second in command then an actual "Man at the top of the ladder", as it were. It's sort've the way I'm built emotion_awesome . In the words of Yosuke from Persona 4, "I'm more an idea man, not an executive."

But, find 4-5 people (preferably new), enough to make Oto a bustling village with interaction between villagers not just at the team level, and I'll open it smile Sorry and I hope you understand, cos imo the current open villages don't really have enough RPers to be considered 'full' yet, you get me? haha. And with more people there are more scopes for plot in THOSE villages.

confused Dude. The Game, Persona 4, the game. The game tis what is truly epic. The show merely captured a small part of that epicness.
And by the way the Invasion's on dude. You can have Toshi encounter a mercenary (level 5) and have him get in a some exp. The Mercenaries, Rogue nin, and the Otobe Officers, have been ordered not to use lethal force at Anyone below Chuunin, as Civilian opinion and young impressionable Genin will be a useful tool in the coming days. You could also encounter a Otobe officer and have Kyojin swoop in and save you. As I recall, he had a favorable first impression of Toshi, yeah?

@Kouri: Your username... Sounds really familiar. I feel like I've saw it somewhere, I dunno though. Maybe I'm crazy? I don't remember seeing your name but I accepted you into the guild? [Apart from that I mean XD] Would it be from then? As for other guilds I was in Pokemon Defenders ages ago, was in Shimagakure, Sawagakure..... was in the Air Gear guild for a VERY short moment in time... haha. and WB B&W heart

That'd be cool. really what I need right now is people still working under the Otobe regime. It will be the new Oto for a while, after all. The Otobe are essentially going to defeat Kasuke off screen like Cheer planned, and usurp control of the village by seizing all the civilians as they attempt to evacuate via the tunnels, where an ambush is already waiting. They'll essentially force all the current Shinobi that they manage to capture to swear loyalty to their new ruling system, and secure coerced approval from the Rulers of Rice. All the shinobi who manage to escape, of course, will be branded as criminals and missing nin. Since the otobe believe in themselves and power, the new village rule would be extremely merit based, meaning the weak are crushed under foot and the Otobe themselves stand on top as sort've aristocratic rulers. Now my two people in Oto, a couple of from scratch almost-jounin, are going to end up forming a sort've Missing Nin Organization called "4" composed of of the missing Nin from Oto, who's goal is to reclaim it from the Otobe. You could either have your jounin join 4, or stay behind in the Otobe controlled Oto forced to serve under the oppressive Otobe, either one would be awesome. Another "A-class soon to be S-class criminal" in the bunch would be awesome. The Uprising is going on slowly but surely right now, I'm trying to drag out the battle so that if other people want to jump in and get some exp from fighting a large number of Hostile NPC's they can. Say...does Oto actually have any allies technically speaking?

Because I really want to train to today and the algorithm is running almost all low numbers.
I mean, stare Is anyone here really still laboring under the delusion that the dice are actually random? Cause dude, get real. The system just selects a series of around seven numbers and runs the probability for each. Meaning today 4 is the top number followed by 6 and so on.
"Technically" if the dice are "fair", it shouldn't matter if we say 1-10 count as over ten, and 11-20 count as under....riiiiiiiight? wink I mean sure, they aren't fair, and we would essentially be defeating Gaia's screwed up dice system forever, but what do I know?
So again, who's up for counting which ever rolls (over ten or under ten) you get as successes? That way worst case scenario you would only have to do double the number of posts. Still a possibility to have to work over time, but rewards for those who work for them. everybody wins. Obviously we'd only do this for training, but still, I think it's pretty good idea. We'd even be able to get rid of that "bad luck" clause. Anybody with me?
"Technically" it's not really a change at all right? Cause the dice are fair, right? Right? RIIIIIGHT?! xd

emotion_facepalm Cause guys I did the math and if in order to get the bad luck streak I just did... the odds are 1 against 4096 xd I mean come on! lol I just powered on through it, but it was a suggestion I thought I'd put out there just to get people's reaction. I mean how many times have these dice screwed us all over?
