That is a good question, Drago. I reread his post a few times and he doesn't straight forward mention the attack. He did put something about blocking it and teleporting. I think. So I'd say he blocked your skin attack then teleported. Not too much detail in the post to make a 100% on way or the other though.

But if you block the skin attack..there is no way to really block the skin attack its kind like an avoid technique. So If He didn't clarify Then what? Do I get the benefit of it hitting or do I take his vagueness?

I'd say he blocked it. There was nothing there of avoiding it. So the Skin Attack hit in my books

Don't know why I approved that, guess yours is approved as well then if you give it some more costs. Reavers cost more, has a post limit and cool down.
