He'll only see the last handful. If the letter was traded a long time ago or several trades back, it won't show on the bank screen. gonk
Also, if it was sent via the Gifting Sytem, he won't be able to see it since there is no way for users to check their gifting logs. I wish there was, though. Gah!

Yeah just checked my trades not there. And I don't think I would sell it any other way than the marketplace. This sucks.

Did you check storage or your home? A few times in the past glitches have sorted regular items into those places without a user putting them there.

Well I've checked Trades, homes, and storages. I think the only thongs left are that I sold it over a trade and don't remember( which I doubt), It was lost in some glitch, or it was taken.

Sometimes, I need a reminder that other people besides me CAN and WILL go out of their ways to do something nice. I spent a good part of the last week worried that my boyfriend would be ticked that we couldn't stop at his favorite place to eat when we went to the wrestling show last night. It was a logistics thing; there were five of us going and two of them work downtown, so we decided to just meet up at a place downtown. My boyfriend was the last one to know because I kept putting off telling him.
I was so worried about this that I completely forgot that one of my friends takes the bus downtown to go to work, and so after the show would need to take the light rail down with us and then be driven to the bus station where he left his car in the morning.
Not only did a) my boyfriend's favorite place to eat not OPEN on Mondays, but b) my boyfriend was perfectly happy to do the driving including going out of his way to drop my friend off at the bus station, even though it meant he wouldn't get home till about midnight. heart

UPDATE!
Well plans D, E, F and G didn't work. I'm going to take the easy(er) and more importantly cheaper way out. I am trading out my infected hard drive, installing Windows on that and pretending my computer magically gained 430G of space because of little computer faeries. The aforementioned plans did allow me to shut down the parts of the virus that were preventing me from transferring files around, so everything has been relocated to my second drive. I will make a list of programs and add ins tonight and then by morning, I shall once again be in my own little Electronic Kingdom. No more begging for computer time from (extremely, very, amazingly) understanding room mates (who will get cookies). I will also be able to WORK again! YAY!

So ******** angry right now. Note to self::
do NOT work shows that are clothing clearance. -Do not pause taking calls to call and talk to bratty husband about the shitty -shift you're having.
It's okay for me to talk you down from your bad day but it's NOT okay to have you talk me down from my bad shift. Yes, I know that nothing I do is as ******** important as what you do. You've told me that 1000000000 times.
Screw this, seriously.
On top of that, I'm sitting here tethered to the phone when the living room needs a cleaning and the back of the TV area needs sweeping/mopping before the Dish Network guy comes to set us up which could be any time between noon and 5 and I'm working until 11 if I don't put my head through the window in frustration first. He could possibly show up early though, and I can't have him seeing everything in the disarray it's in now. I have bad feeling about switching from Directv but Direct didn't really seem to want to help me without charging me an arm and a leg. Being a customer of theirs for 9 years didn't mean jack s**t, so Brian decreed we'd change.
I have no T.v, Nothing to do but sit here and stare at the wall before my next maddening, inane customer calls to yell at me or be a general d**k.
Oh and then I get to call Directv and cancel. Yeah, like that won't be a bunch of hard-selling, jump through hoops bunch of s**t. rolleyes

The new year starts off with a bang that may or may not have destroyed my operating system, but I'm too pragmatic to fix it myself and too cheap to pay someone else to do it. So I have a brand spanking new couple of hard drives all redone and refitted like the old set up, the meat of the other computer saved on another hard drive I shall install later today and everything is sort of sunshine. Guess who's working off 2.5TB of space now? Jealous? That's right. Of course I forgot to grab all my favorites so I'm without those until I get some kind of toaster to pull them off. I'm not going to pull that thing back our and rummage through it AGAIN. I will mentally try and recall which webcomics I read, there aren't many right now. Then there was a whole bank issue that I'm not even going to get into, but suffice to say that I will likely be heading towards LifeLock or similar to purchase their services. Yesterday I bought a new winter coat (yay!) to replace the $15 coat I bought in college that is now missing 75% of its buttons and the pocket linings have been torn to shreds. Why did that coat have so many pins on it? To distract from it's crappiness. Sadly, in the 5 blocks between the bus stop and the store I lost my cellphone. My bag was open, I didn't noticed, panic ensued. I was not going to lose my computer, identity AND MY CELLPHONE IN ONE WEEK! I backtracked and a man who was shoveling his sidewalk had found it. He got a hug and I got to feel relieved for the first time in....oh....about eight days. I now have AIM again so for those of you who thought I disappeared off the face of the earth, I have returned! I kinda like the new AIM once I poked around and removed the features I don't give a damn about. I like the new skins, they're way less ovnoxious than some of the previous color options. I may even find one that matched my Japanese Rockstar desktop. As soon as I pull that off my other hard drive.
Oh it's still going to be a long day but I'm in a MUCH better mood. Now I'm going to browse around for a new computer desk.
