The eggs are finished and Arrow sets them on two plates on the table. He takes some orange juice out of the fridge and sets it on the table along with two glasses and some silverware. He is still dancing as he does this. He's in a good mood this morning^^.

Fox finishes the toast with perfect timing, and brings it to the table as well. He sits down and busies himself pouring the juice.

After the hot springs, they both get dressed and do other stuff. then it;s time for Arrow to start work.
There are lots of little kids staring up at him and he begins to feel a little self conscious. He's never actually done too much of the training with his fellow scouts and having all this attention on him is rather unnerving. He deal with it though, and instructs the little ones. He starts with the most begginer moves and they all seem to be ok with that. Things go rather well for a good long wihile... until break.
At break the questions start and all of them revolve around the angry scar he has on his cheek. Arrow doesn't like the scar in the first place, but having all these kids paying attention to it is making it even worse. He tells them the story but they still keep asking questions and drawing attention to it.
By the end of break he is feeling very self conscious. Things are ok for the rest of the training but by the end, his patience has been worn to bits and his good mood is gone.

Fox and Arrow were supposed to get off work around the same time, but of course, things never end when they're supposed to for the adept at work. At least this is a rather amusing circumstance he finds himself in. He's in a work room with a student who is well known for her impatience and for being quick to anger. he's looking forward (more than he would admit) to today's lesson, although they had Wind waiting just outside in case the student reacts worse than they expect.
The adept is looking forward to it though, because this student has been quite a hassle, and this will be just a little bit of vengeance. He prompts the student to initiate a rather difficult spell, and then when she trances out, ignoring everything around her, SnowFox very calmly picks up a rock and tosses it at the girl, who of course, totally loses control of what she was doing.
It doesn't take long after that for the lesson to be over, and Fox emerges, not sure whether Arrow would have waited or just gone home.

Arrow is waiting. He's sitting on a rock, inhaling deeply from his cigarette. He looks tired. All of his energy seems to be gone, along with his good mood.

Fox spots him rather easily, but is a little confused. He'd *seen* the amazingly happy mood arrow had been in before. He goes over to him and sits down on the rock as well. He feels a bit bad, he was the one who had set up arrow with the job, so if it ruined the mood, "It didn't work out so well?"

Arrow sighs. "Kids are curious." he says. "And they ask a lot of questions, even if it's about something you don't really like, or something that you can't cover up." he says, taking another drag. He exhales and watches the smoke cloud swirl away above their heads.

He looks at the scout blankly for a moment, and then realized what he must mean, "You mean... your scars?"

Arrow nods. "Exactly." he says. "I don't even like them in the first place... especially not the one ofn my face. I wish that they had never happened because..." he sighs. It's not easy to talk about ruined good looks. He takes another drag of his cigarette and waits a few seconds before continuing. "It makes me... ugly." he hates that word. He absolutely hates it. It's a terrible word but... it's the only word that he can use to describe it...

Foxy had figured that Arrow wasn't happy about them, who would be happy about getting a scar on their face, really? Especially such a large and hard to ignore one, but he had no idea that it displeased arrow to that extent. Shocked to the point of actually being honest, he replies, "Ugly? Don't be ridiculous. I mean, I know you must feel less attractive than before, but you aren't. Not really, it doesn't make that much of a difference. And... well... I actually think it looks kinda good, in a sort of rugged way, you know?"

Fox is blushing as he says this and Arrow finds that really cute. He smiles, feeling a little better. "I'm glad you aren;t turned off by it. There's alot more though..." he sighs. "It might take me a while to get over this... but I am trying to let it go..." he butts out his cigarette and throws it in the garbage. "I just need to think of a good way to get those kids to shut up about it."

"Well, it's not like you suddenly got wrinkled and fat and had your teeth come out or something. It's just a mark. You could probably cover it up with make up if you really wanted to. I think it might still fade a little more too. You could always try scaring them?"
