Kate turned her head to stare at Jin, eyes red and flushed. "Why are you helping me?" She asked, likely not for the first time. "Why are you getting involved in my hellhole of a life? I'm a freak and I'm not normal, even for a freak. I don't... understand you, or your brother...."

"Thats...complicated..." Jin said tilting his head back and staring at the car ceiling. "Jun and i were made to serve and nothing more...but our 'master' actually kicked the bucket a while ago, so one of us tried to get away from the rotten life to do something good, while the other went rogue...I won't specify which brother did what because that should be obvious which is by now, but also because the good and bad roles seem to be interchangable..." he said looking down with a sigh. "Besides, i gotta do something to make up for all the s**t i've done, right? And no telling how long this side of me is going to stick around..." he said clutching his chest.

As Daisuke followed Goemon into the new headquarters, he was, to say the least, impressed at how fast his father had put together this base.

Hung up the banners, they had. Lining the walls of the narrow(or, the pillars made it seem that way) entranceway, were several identical banners with the kanji for 'victory' written on them.
"Sugoi...*" Aurelio said, impressed.
As they entered what they assumed was the lobby, a secretary motioned to the trio.
"" The secretary pointed off to the right.
Daisuke nodded, and walked in that direction, followed by Goemon and Aurelio.

Kate finally shrugged. "I don't know," she confessed, and shook her head. "Even if I go, as soon as Sheo comes back she'll march all the way back here. Maybe I should just wait for it to happen--then it'll be like I'm asleep for a few hours. Everything will be peaceful...."

Suddenly a green mist of intoxicating fumes filled the mall. Every human or creature that breathed was suddenly overwhelmed by the toxic gas, which would at first incapacitate and, in two minutes of breathing it, kill every living being, be it plant, animal, or human, without fail.
Biohazard's mighty footsteps could be heard thundering along the cracking floor. His booming voice could be heard echoing throughout the marble and tile.
"I have come to end your existence!" The person to whom this was spoken specifically to was not discernible.

Llith snatched the little girl breathing shallow breaths as she went for the nearest emergency exit. The gas was definitly toxic.She covered the girls mouth and nose with her the girl's thick cotton shirt and ran out.

"Isn't there some lame saying about that?" Jin said putting a finger to his chin in thought. "Like 'you won't know if you don't try' or some such fortune cookie jazz? You're you, Sheo's Sheo. Do what you want and can now, and then let Sheo do her thing when she comes. I mean, if you had another thought in mind besides uh, him..." he said referring to Kate's 'ex-dad'.

A section of the mall structure collapsed, most likely destroyed by a massive punch into the steel supports.
Kate tilted her head. "Nope." She looked at the sky. Ugh--it was lousy today. "You know... you're right," Kate said, although she didn't sound convicted.

Kate's attention pricked up, as a cat's ears might. "A lab? And you say... the doctor's dead? ...Would you mind if I used your equipment? Or rather--Sheo. It gives me... an idea."
