Raikage, Salamander Sage, Shinatobe Host  Kazuo looks through a few papers on his desk. "Well at the moment I don't really have any squad's open at the moment, let alone many ninja in the village due to the chunin exams."

"Ronnel-sensei sent me here to ask you if I could borrow some scrolls you see--" Lucia said as she slowly entered the office twiddling her fingers. " my sensei cant teach me lightning which is the element I have." She continued as she sat down.

Tony saw Lucia and immedietly winked at her. "Hey, hey looks like you have a friend." Lucia laughed and stood up. "I'm not really a friend. I just went here under orders from my sensei." Lucia explained as she sat back down.
"You look a bit like my friend except the hair his hair is kind of spiky." Lucia said examining Tony's face.

Tadashi managed to make it to the Raikage's office and opened the door. He knew this was rude but this was an emergency.
Tadashi tried to talk straight but all his wounds were making that hard.
"Sir .....I.. am Tadashi Uchiha leaf Chunin. I believe konoha has been ruined and may I ask you for an escort from someone back to the village they need me.

Raikage, Salamander Sage, Shinatobe Host Kazuo looks at Lucia. "Well obviously, your hair sparks with electricity. It is amazing." Kazuo had always loved electricity, after all lighting is his main element. "Alright then." He pulls out a lightning scroll from his desk and tosses it to her. "There ya go." He turns to Tony. "Where did this sword come from?" He then looks over at Tadashi then at Tony. "Tony I have a mission for you, would you please escort this ninja back to his village." He says gesturing to Tadashi.
