Then I would try it too, but I don't like comics. xp

Also! Only 4 months until Halloween! blaugh heart July 4th has fireworks, July 8th's my Gaiaversary, August 10th and 12th is usually when I can see shooting stars easily. A lot of fun. :3

lol, wow, I guess you like Halloween? xd

I've been trying to figure out what to wear for Halloween, because if I don't start working on it early, I'll never do it. whee I think I might try and go as Rorscach, a slightly obscure super hero. whee

lol, that's real original. xd

That might be fun, though... As long as I make my own costume. ^_^ I dunno. I guess it all depends on how much money I have. I might just have to go as "Starving college student" again. whee

I don't think I'll become a STARVING college student.

Subway has me covered for the most part.

ok, now i'm back...sorry i missed your birthday lorysa! gonk

yeah, i didn't have much time to elaborate, but i never realized how sheltered i was in vermonet. we really have nothing. we have one planned parenthood. that's it. there is but one brief, indestinct add for all of planned parenthood in our phonebooks. that's it. one state over they have pictures of flowers, young women, testemonials of how overjoyed they are that they had the freedom to kill their child. if you want a tearjerker, open your phonebooks to the yellow pages. it will be the second listing, right past "abortion alternatives", which there are usually, thankfully, more of than abortion providers. it is truly sickening.

but other than that, how has everyone been?

So... I was in Cape Breton today and yesterday. I'd tell you why but it's a long story. Actually, it's a rather short story that I could have told by now but it's too late.
Anyway, I saw a billboard that said, "take my hand, not my life." and I found it interesting that this entire community was Pro-life or at least not offended by the billboard outside their town (I forget which town, but it was in Cape Breton). Soon after I found out why... just outside that town wan "Mira River".

Internet's not working good for some reason, so that's where I am if I don't log on... and it's okay! It's just a birthday! :3

that's awesome. i'm glad the message is out there. if i ever, by some miracle, become rich, i'll fund commericals and ad campaigns to end abortion. i really hope it's illegalized before then, though

In about two more songs, so... 7 minutes? Ish? sweatdrop

It's at: RamRadio
I'm gonna be doing this again in about 10-15 minutes, if anybody wants to listen in again... ninja

Like I said before, it's not like I'm doing anything really exciting, I'm just doing cut-ins, saying "You just heard __ by __, coming up, we've got, _, _, _, and _. You're listening to RamRadio." Boring, I know, but whateva.

Just in case anyone's bored. whee

So, yeah, wow.

Tonight wasn't a great night at work.

I got robbed by this moron who didn't even have a weapon.

Luckily he didn't get much (we have a really good security system for our money at work), and I wasn't in any real huge danger, but it was certainly a very rattling experience.

I smoked like... 4 cigarettes in the span of an hour.

Actually, I devoured them.

Boy, I was a bundle of nerves.

Yeah, it kinda was. I stuttered a lot when he was talking to me, and I was shaking like a leaf for a while afterwards, but other than that I suppose I handled myself as well as one can in that kind of a situation.

I like what the officer said. She was like "Ah, it was a very petty robbery. He'll probably only be able to get a gram of crack, or something."

And my managers were very supportive, and said I did a great job of handling myself.

Thats why I carrey a metal chain every where with me. Technicly its a dog leash with the clasp hooked onto the metal loop connecting the length to the leather holder, but it works just fine.
