Guys I'm feeling sick. Does anyone know all the symptoms of the flu because my jaw and throat hurt, my limbs feel heavy, and I'm tired all the time. Aura, don't freak out, we don't know for sure yet.

Anybody know what I should do to get rid of the soreness?

Anybody know what I should do to get rid of the soreness? When my throat hurts, I gargle warm salt water. It tastes nasty, but you get used to it. Try drinking tea, soaking in a warm bath, and some Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or other pain medication. Also, get lots of sleep. It's your body's way of healing itself. And drink lots of water and other fluids. Nothing to sugary or carbonated though. You're trying to flush out the toxins, not feed it.

I slept since I got off yesterday, and I'm still tired. This same thing has been happening for about four days. I sleep half the day through a wake exhausted. I don't believe sleep is helping. gonk I don't think you're sposta mix those pills..O-o'' Tea on the other hand.. *glances to her mother's cabinet overflowing with all kinds of teas* Good Lord.. what is it with my family and tea?..
